Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered three dresses and paid for expedited shipping for a wedding. I tried on all three and the quality and material were terrible. I left all the tags on and started a return the next day - this was 10 months ago and NOTHING ... I paid for the return postage and am now out all my money. I have been trying every since to get my money back and they are just giving me the run around - no straight answers! Buyer Beware .... do NOT order from this place !!!!

I have ordered here several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, the zips on two of the dresses were sewn in too tightly last time. But I received a prompt reply to my email and an offer for an exchange or a replacement product. Communication was very smooth and the service was excellent.

Please do not order here! The color was not as in the picture, the quality very bad and if you want to return the goods, you only get a dubious address in China sent, which you also have to pay yourself! A bottomless impudence!

I ordered the Hermione Granger Yule Ball Dress in size 12. Im usually a size 10 and can wear medium and large depending on the fit but I sized up because someone else in the reviews mentioned it would be nicer for someone with wider shoulders. The dress arrived earlier than expected and with plenty of time for my Christmas work party and it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it didnt fit at all. I couldnt get the zipper up but at the same time it was so long. Maybe Im just oddly shaped but I had to return it. The process was easy and the customer service person was lovely.

They answer every question that you have and make sure uoi got it. One dress was simply perfect, the other one I was a bit disappointed with the fabric. But they told me the type of the fabric bedore, I guess that If I knew more about fabrics it could have been solved.

The dress I purchased from 'Thecelebritydresses.com' was of very high quality indeed. I was very impressed by the accuracy of the finished product especially given its bespoke nature. However, the outstanding element of the service was the speedy and friendly communication I received from the company during the whole process. The Celebrity Dresses est une énorme arnaque !! Les produits sont absolument horribles et en rien semblables au produit commandé !! Et une fois l'article retourné conformément à leurs explications et selon leur charte satisfait ou remboursé, vous ne verrez jamais votre argent vous être remboursé !! On vous balade pendant des semaines, des mois puis plus rien !! Cela fait depuis avril 2022 que je me bagarre pour récupérer l'argent que je ne verrai jamais...
N'achetez jamais rien sur ce site ce sont des voleurs et des menteurs !!! Faites suivre il faut qu'ils tombent !!

This dress is absolutely breathtaking and looks much more expensive than it. I ordered a pre-made standard size because I urgently need this Pretty Woman dress for my event, but if you have time, a custom size will be the best choice.The dress has a good weight, does not feel cheap. If you have a formal event or occasion, I strongly recommend you!

BEWARE- PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Bought a wedding dress. Followed their instructions to provide measurements. Dress looked so cheap and the sleeves looked like they were made to fit Shrek! I contacted them for a return and followed their instructions. More than 6 months and them stringing me along I have yet to get my refund. I provided PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. They had the ordacity to ask me for my personal BANK account. More than 6 months and no refund! It is a SCAM! BEWARE!!!

I am very happy to report Celebrity Dresses REFUNDED my money for a dress I returned. They even gave me a 15% discount on future orders. Thank you!

La qualité des tissus est médiocre, la coupe catastrophique et evidemment le rendu absolument rien à voir avec la photo du site.
Quand vous contactez le service client pour faire le retour des robes, il vous propose de garder les articles contre un dédommagement ridicule.. qui augmente de quelques dizaines d'euros au fil des échanges et refus de garder les articles.
Quand vous recevez enfin la procédure pour retourner les articles, l'adresse communiquée est en chine avec de ce fait un cout postal quasi équivalent au prix des robes! Probablement totalement illégal mais tellement d'énergie à dépenser pour faire valoir ses droits.
En 2 mots, épargnez vous ces tracas et fuyez!

Can’t fault the girls from here, especially all the younger ones! So so helpful, made my girl felt a million dollars trying dresses on. Dress was bought in early December for prom the following year, it was just amazing and came earlier than expected. Would defo recommend, don’t be put off by the negative reviews. If you leave buying your dress last minute you run the risk of delays in delivery and alterations, which are no fault of the shops.
Only advice is double check you are happy with everything BEFORE leaving as issue scan be rectified if you check dress before walking away.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. If i could give zero stars i would. This company is a joke. I ordered a dress 20th march, by the 30th april it still hadnt arrived so i contacted the company many times to ask where my package was. They constantly told me it was on its way. I then decided to open up a dispute with my bank against them for my money back. Low and behold the dress arrives 5 days later. Too late for me to wear it as i needed it for an event days beforehand. Turns out it was only dispatched AFTER i opened a dispute. Dress is horrendous, wrong colour, cheap material, nothing like the picture. Ive asked the company 10 plus times now for a returns label. They are refusing to send it because i opened a dispute. Even though my bank closed the case as i had eventually received the dress. Avoid this company. Im now out of pocket for over £155 for a stinking dress i cant ever wear.
