The company was great and delivery fast. The product not so good. Did no do anything for me unfortunately.

hi i did stop cbd for 2 months to see if the product worked the pain came back so i have started back hope the product will work for me again

Don't use their services!

On 30 August I ordered and paid for some products.

At the time, their webpage did not have the following warning

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ROYAL MAIL ARE ON STRIKE

Since I'm in pain and in need of relief, if the warnings were there when I made my order, I wouldn’t have done it. I would chose another company.

When I contacted them, I learned about the strike and I was shocked to hear that!

I then suggested service person to send one more of the same order with another mail service and I would pay for both of them when they arrived.

In other words, I offer to double their business.

They did not respond. Furthermore, when I expressed my dislike of their company using a mail service knowing they are on strike without informing me, as customers in need of relief, things got ugly. They were very rude and meant that they are supporting the workers on strike...instead of supporting a customer in need.

I wrote a bad review on Trust Pilot and that made this them very mad and they started to harassing me. Yet, I thought, I don't want to hurt a company just because one of their employees is beyond redeemable so I deleted my bad review!

But I've kept all our interactions just in case I must prove the way I was treated to anybody who is interested.

I still believe all this was unnecessary if only they were respectful and understanding.

Then my package stuck on the border because England is not in the EU, which means I must pay additional fees.

It seems like the troubles won't stop and I refuse to pay additional fees. So I asked the post service to return my package to them.

Post services here informed me that this would take time but, eventually, they will get their package back. So I wrote to them once again and received no response.

So I try to reach them trough their web page and surprise surprise, I'm no longer able to write to them.

Their contact site considers me a bot!!!

So I wrote to their Facebook page.

Surprise, surprise, they deleted my text immediately!!

This company may have good products but they are terrible when things get problematic. They act more like social justice warriors with blue hair than customer service.

I don't think they will contact me or give my money back but it is ok, I just want to expose these people.

Don't use their services is my strong advice.

There are other companies out there with excellent products and much, much, much better customer service which you may need if and when things get sticky!

Latest update: they informed me that they've banned me, just as I suspected. They claim I'm the abuser and their staff member is practically an angel and how dare I criticize them. As I said, I saved all the email interactions in case. These people are mental! Proffesionell victims! They really made my days darker and negative with their extreme lack of self awareness and extremely poor, so called customer service.

I've ordered CBD Oil from CBDSHOP several times always excellent quality, and speedy delivery. Would highly recommend x

Ordered a bottle previously and all smooth sailing and arrived really quickly, hence not a one star review. Unfortunately my experience this time around has been pretty awful due to the customer service. I understand orders are slow due to Royal Mail strikes, but I’ve asked for a date by which (if it’s still missing) I’ll be refunded, and also asked to be sent the tracking info so I don’t have to keep bothering them. The CBD shop representative has ignored or missed those questions and I suspect is now just not replying. Feel like I’m going to be out of pocket at this rate.

The website doesn’t notify you if you have missed a mandatory address field. This is pretty standard across most websites so be very careful if you’re used to it - they also didn’t appreciate the suggestion to add this and kept saying it’s the customer’s responsibility. Which is true, but I was never contending that and it felt unnecessarily defensive. So, overall it doesn’t feel very smooth or professional to me now, which is a shame given my previous positive experience.

I’ll update this review with the outcome, whether good or bad!

**Update 09/09/22 - I’ve emailed them (Rhiannon) every few days since they stopped replying, as my product still hasn’t arrived, and they appear to be completely ignoring me. They previously blamed the Royal Mail strikes, but I’ve ordered items from a different store via RM since this order and it’s taken a few days - so it’s clearly lost and I’m due a refund or redelivery. I’m honestly quite stunned at the arrogance and lack of customer service. Downgrading to a 1 star review, and unfortunately will have to begin processes to force a refund through other means if I don’t hear back soon.

This stuff may be cheap, but do NOT buy from this company - you cannot rely on them to fix your order if something goes wrong. Citizens advice makes it very clear where their responsibility lies.

***UPDATE 16th September
Finally managed to get ahold of the manager Connor, who said he’d look into it the next day on 11th September but again referenced the Royal Mail strikes and address issues. This is despite the fact that Rhiannon supposedly sent the product back out with correct address, and it’s extremely delayed even with the RM strikes taken into account. I responded to evidence this (again) and haven’t heard back still. Luckily my credit card company is pursuing this for me and has issued me with a temporary refund subject to the shop’s bank agreeing. I’ve suggested Connor accepts it so we can draw a line under the issue.

** update 30.09.22** Connor has also not responded to my emails since 12th September.

If you look at the other low reviews, they’re extremely defensive and incapable of taking any criticism or responsibility for their actions (or lack of). Really unprofessional and childlike throughout this process. I expect silent treatment from a 15 year old, not adult customer service representatives. Just thank god I paid by credit card and could force a refund. Steer well clear.

Very good oil. It helps me sleep. It helps me with my menopausal mood. He mutes me.

Used other brands but really like the taste if this brand, my wife bought 6000mg oil an it helps both of us loads. Just ordered a 100ml bottle and some cbd freeze cream will update once I've used it. The cbd salve comes highly recommended, Ive stuggled with patches if eczema on my face since my teens and my 5 year old daughter has bad eczema on her ankle. This has cleared both up its incredible. We've both used different prescribed medications that haven't worked, the salve seems to have cleared both up

I have arthritis all over and doctors seem un interested and just give pain killers.
Since taking CBD oil pain has reduced by 75%.
I didn't think the CBD was working until I stopped taking it for a while...... believe me.... it works!

Quick service, used through Klara. Products are a good price and hopefully arrive without issue.
