filing complaint with FTC. Im getting my money back! And this crook will do jail time for stealing my hard earned money. I suggest everyone else do the same!

The only reason I am even giving a one star rating is because I can’t go any lower, otherwise I would. I ordered two tablets 1/4/18 and have still NEVER received my tablets or any type of refund. I cannot get a hold of anyone by phone. The “company” and Kevin Berlon are no longer responding to my emails and they keep deleting my “requests” in my account on their webpage. They made a killing off all of us and we are all victims so we need to do something. I am going to call the police department in VA and start there.

They told me 2-6 wks to get my tablet i purchased. Its now been almost 8 wks n no tablet. Cant reach a real person to talk to. They jus keep sending same auto generated message. At this point im guessing i got screwed out of my $50. Will nvr use this website again!!!

I ordered a Kindle Fire on February 28, 2018, have not received it. Can’t get in touch with anyone. Capitol one refunded my money immediately.

I ordered a tablet for my son since January and now we are in March and did not receive it yet!!! Plus every time I call no one answers goes straight to voicemail!!! The email they sent when I first bought it there is no tracking number and no way to track the shipment!! I bet it is a scam and I am never getting my tablet!!!

I ordered a tablet on Feb. 14, 2018 and received an email saying it had shipped in Feb. 19th to this date March 17th i have noy received anything and can Not get a hold of them.

I ordered a samsung tablet from them on February 26th and received email confirmation. On March 1st, I was sent a shipment confirmation email however the field for tracking number was blank (it was "tracking number: ___________"). On March 5th, I sent them an email asking if it ever shipped. On March 13th I called their number but went straight to an answering machine. They have never got back to me.

I can’t get past emails saying my kindle is on its way. I ordered the kindle 2 months ago. Kevin keeps telling me there is no tracking number.

I wonder if anyone has contacted the better business bureau? Has anyone received their items?

Before you order call their number 206-202-4248. THEY NEVER ANSWER. IT'S A SCAM. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This Is Pure Theft. I ordered without reading reviews. I regret doing so. Do not order because you wont recieve anything.

Waited 7 weeks for a tablet that 'got sent back to the warehouse somehow' and I was supposedly fully refunded.I was NOT. I e-mailed them over and over without response. They stole my sons $45.00

Same thing, ordered a tablet a while back and this lowlife won't respond to email and their phone rings busy. Next stop will be their local police. Perhaps we need to get together and file a suit if law enforcement drops the ball.

I ordered 10 Fire tablets to use with my special need students. For the price, I didn't mind paying for them out of my own pocket. It will be 4 weeks on Monday. I have emailed and called. I haven't received a return phone call or email. I can't believe I'm out $300 because of this man.

Ordered a Fire Tablet for granddaughter. Received an email stating item was shipped 3 days later but no shipping info. Multiple emails requesting shipping info were never returned and phone calls go straight to voicemail. Product not received as of 10 day later now. Will be contacting my Credit Card Company to complain and hopefully get charges reversed?

Can't reach about the Amazon Fire tablet I ordered. I have emailed 3 times and called the number on their site and the one on my bank debit transaction and it just rings. I saw on the better business bureau that they have mailed them and could not reach them. I filed a complaint and a scam report snd encourage anyone else who has been scammed to do also.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I am experiencing the same issue as others. I ordered a tablet and was told that it is being shipped from the manufacturer and they do not have any shipping nor tracking info.

I will be reporting this website to BBB. Very unprofessional. I guess it was too good to be true for the price.

Orderd a tablet and still havent received it and cant contact anyone.... Guess i just got messed over , they took my money ... The bookne is horrible , i wish i could report them to someone , its not right for them to just take people money like that.. Then i havent been able to even speak to anyone at all , no updates on if my tablet has shipped or not. Its horrible , i want my money back ! oh how i wish i could report this.

I got answer one time said its shipped throuh the manufacture 2 to 6 weeks then says cant cancel the order if i dont want it then i can just not pick it up from the post office wouldnt it just come to my house ??? Took my money now dont know what to do

Compete scam!! I paid $90 for a kindle and it never came. Their customer service phone number doesn't even exist. Don't make the same mistake.
