I love my new little charms they are beautiful However I paid for express delivery and they arrived in standard time so I'm not impressed these were a gift .a late gift now

Very flimsy hug ring
Very flimsy hug ring. Very disappointed with the quality. Bent out of shape first time I wore it. Not worth the money 😞

Hi Elizabeth, I am really sorry you are disappointed but why didn't you contact us? The ring isn't flimsy, its flexible, or it wouldn't adjust to fit (as clearly stated on our website) However, if customers have an issue we expect them to contact us, so we can put forward a resolution. Giving a small business a 1 star review without any contact is just not fair, and the reason why small businesses are closing every day. Please think before you review, contact the company and tell them your issue, that's what I do!

Lovely charm, bought it to put my dogs hair in after she passed away. Delivery time was good as well.
