I ordered a very special piece for a family member who was flying home to Dubai..from my first visit to Stamford workshop Thursday morning, ordering on fast track, I was able to collect the personalised necklace the same afternoon in Biggleswade! I cannot thank all the team for being so helpful and understanding and Cheryl for creating such a memorable piece for me just before her holidays! 😍 x

A gift with the wow factor. I took up the reigns to organise a very old friends 60th birthday gift from a group of us. The milestone bangle was a winner with both the gifters and more importantly the birthday girl. we choose 4 gold rings and 11 silver to represent the families involved and the off spring among them who have been friends for those 60 years. Our birthday girl says she hasn't taken it off since gifted.
I have dropped hints to the group of my desire to receive one when my milestone birthday comes around too ;-) Thank you Morgan & French for superb workmanship and a quality product.

I love the new Medic Alert bracelet. It arrived when expected and I was kept up to date all the way through the process. It gives the relevant people a quick idea about what could be wrong with you, and makes you feel more confident. The bracelet looks really good on, unfortunately I haven’t been able to wear it out yet and get any comments as I have just come out of hospital but I expect most of them will be positive.

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent - from my first enquiry by email, to visiting the shop in Stamford and meeting Katie, to the item arriving and all communication in the interim with both Katie and Helen. The customer service and attention to detail was exemplary and I cannot recommend them enough.
The secret chamber ashes ring I purchased is stunning. I am absolutely delighted with it and it is worth every penny. Knowing that it has been handmade with care makes it even more special.
