Have just purchased an acr 122u nfc reader writer. Was a bit concerned as there are 2 on the market that look the same from the front so rang up before ordering to check it was the genuine item and not the aftermarket one. I was informed by a very nice lady they only deal with the manufacturers so it has to be the genuine one. The item landed today and yay its the real deal :)

Excellent service from quote request to order being processed and dispatched all within a day you can't fault them!

Phil Welch was amazing with his help today to solve the issue with the Datalogic Gryphon GBT/GM4200.
Now we can scan 24 digits barcode into Excel file after solving the issue with the base to connect with the computer.

I cannot say the same about Ben, the guy from sales. Very late emails reply and never up for help to solve issues. Passing the issues to other people to the point was to late to return our initial scanner we bought from him. Therefore the company have to buy another one!!

I bought 2 Datalogic Barcode Scanners but unfortunately I couldn't get them to function correctly. I called support and received excellent assistance from Phil who was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with assisting with the problems I was having. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

The telephone service of The Barcode Warehouse is great, I had some technology problem for MacBook connect to Zebra GK420D. The Lady called Bianca really helped me with her great patience. I'm sooo appreciate. Thank you.

I suddenly had a problem with my label printer, after using it everyday for almost a year now. Phil from the repair team helped to walk me through various steps to resolve the issue, and had it fixed within 10-15 minutes. Very happy with the level of knowledge, patience and simple step by step guidance.

On the 21st December I made a purchase with these guys. And a few hours later they told me my purchase hadn't passed the fraud thingy. They told me the money will be back in my account within 3 to 5 days. It's been almost 14 days and the money has not yet reflected. Can you do something about it.

I would like to thank Suzanne Catley for the excellent service provided to our company Circular 1 Health, in the annual leave of Lynsey Marriott. Both have done an excellent job together. In busy times this end of the year, Suzanne was able to help us with an order that was late. Thank you. We appreciate it.

I spoke with Suzanne this morning and she was very helpful and efficient along with being upbeat and knowledgeable. This has made ordering very easy! :)

I bought 10 Labelling cassette tapes on 05/11 for our company.

There has been a mismanagement either by them or the courier in the parcel wrapping/dispatching process and the parcel arrived resealed by the courier (I sent them clear pictures), with one out of 10 items missing.
On the 09/11 I made a complain
and since then I have been dealing with their (nightmare) customer service.

We have an account with them, but they are making problems to give us a credit of just £11.98 , and it's not our fault as I already stated in one of the many emails I sent to them (each time one different person replies (until now - Richard, Thomas, Lydia, Kathleen, and various times generic "customer service team" ) saying that SOMEONE ELSE is "dealing with it" but no definitive proper answer about my request).

In all of that I'm wasting so much time because of it and no solutions from them.

I wouldn't expect that from a quality company.

Awful experience. Ordered a receipt printer. It arrived and was clearly used with scratches and scuffs and no original packaging. It also didn't work. Contacted support who asked for pictures. They then offered a refund as there were no more in stock, or a partial refund it I wanted to keep it (a broken printer!!). They refused to give me my £300 back until they receive the item back despite this being their error, not mine. Their whole attitude was one of just not really bothered from start to finish. Will not be using them again.

UPDATE: Immediately after posting this review I received a very nice email from one of the Directors apologising for my experience and offering a solution. Unfortunately it was too late as we needed to get a printer sorted so had already ordered a replacement from another company. It would have been nice to have experienced a better level of service to begin with however, this was a very nice gesture and did go some way to restoring my level of faith in the company.

Just ordered our labels and like always get a great response from the team, I always seem to get a reply from Lynsey or Angela and they are superb and extremely helpful.

Lynsey is very helpful in getting us the right info. for our order needed
