We have been using Barcode Warehouse for the last few years and have always been able to rely on them to deliver top quality key hardware at a competitive price, on time.

Personally whenever I have contacted the team I have always been supported with excellent account management & customer service.

My only suggestion for an improved overall customer experience would be though that you take a proactive approach to advising customers of partial shipments. Our most recent purchase resulted in a partial delivery, which caused us having to get in touch. The remainder of the order was delivered shortly afterwards, and well within our project window, but still it would have been good to be informed.

I have spoken to Barcode warehouse a few times. all have been very professional and extremely helpful. On this occasion Chelsea was amazing. She Helped us to sort out a wrong delivery/order. Has sorted the whole thing at 4pm. by 11 am next day I had the correct labels. Thank you so much Chelsea.

I recommend cooperation with Charlie great customer service.

Purchased a printer and label stock through Angela at the Barcode Warehouse and had trouble with print quality when using.

Was put in contact with Phil at aftersales who remotely connected to my PC and resolved the issue.

Sales department are just not interested in getting back to customers, enquired about some products as an existing customer, and have chased twice by phone and still not had a reply by email as promised

AVOID!!!Shocking customer service. I returned a faulty label printer the day after it arrived. They have had the printer for 2 weeks now and I have been waiting 2 weeks for my refund being passed from person to person. One person even asked for my bank account details on headed business paper, another the return number, another order number. I've provided them with all this information despite the fact they already have it, but no refund. Im sure all would have been fine if the printer had worked, but beware if you need to return anything.Really disappointed with their customer service and would definitely not recommend!!

Placed an order on the 27th December and received confirmation that my order would be despatched next day. No further updates or communication untill I queried it on the 8th January and I got this response...

"We are currently waiting for an ETA, once we have this we will be able to advise you

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you"

Simply not good enough, given the item was available to buy in stock when I placed my order, I asked for a more a more definitive explanation rather than "awaiting ETA", no response!!

Will not be using them again!

Charlie in Customer Services dealt with our delivery query quickly and pragmatically. Their response was a welcome change to that of others. Delivery was prompt too.

I had an issue getting a couple of our barcode scanners to read a particular type of barcode. The support (Joe) that I received from the company was top notch, quick responses, never attempted to wash their hands of me etc.. We got to the resolution and I'm really happy with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I had a problem tracing an order, and Charlie came to the rescue. He replied my mails on time and went the extra mile to resolve my problem. Charlie is fast, attentive to details and super helpful. I would patronise him everyday and twice on Sundays.

Dealing with Sara and Cherie was a great customer experience. They were super helpful and I would without hesitation purchase from them again. They are an asset to the team. Thanks

I have bought several barcode printers from the barcode warehouse and when my latest one arrived with an issue, Charlie promptly sorted out the problem. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Every time I contact The Barcode Warehouse, whichever department it is from Sales, to Tech, to finance, the service is always impeccable. They offer honest advice to get you the right product for your needs. They definitely have a customer for life in me, whether I stay in my current role or move on, I will always seek them out and promote them to fellow professionals.
