The Warehouse.Com Ltd. was created out of a frustration at the lack of expertise that end users could call upon for good advice when looking to purchase shredders; binding machines; laminators; print finishing & paper handling equipment; and design-led, colour-rich office furniture together with the associated supplies. Within the business there exists over 60 years of combined experience in this equipment. Our selling process is a consultative one. We attach a great deal of importance to listening carefully to our customers' requirements before making an appropriate recommendation. In taking a consultative and specialist approach to the sales process, we are able to differentiate ourselves from many of our competitors. We react quickly to any after sales issues, but our ethos is to avoid these in the first place by striving to make sure our customers get the right equipment for the job. Absolutely disgraceful service and…

Absolutely disgraceful service and company. Would definitely not recommend.

Despite the reply below - we did not refuse delivery, we spent a good 10 minutes on the phone to the delivery driver trying to help, and when I offered to go and wait in the car park, the driver disappeared without notifying us that he wasnt going to try again. Nobody from my company was rude to anyone, quite the opposite.
The driver was obstanant and despite our attempts to help him, took it upon himself to disappear without notifying us that he was doing so.

To suddenly "invent" a restocking charge is a true disgrace and I am fairly sure is illegal. Like I said, I would definitely not recommend using this company.

This customer refused delivery of their item for no valid reason at all and was rude to the carrier driver. We offered to arrange a re-delivery for them, but they refused to pay the nominal cost of this and instead opted to have us organise return of the item. As clearly stated on our website under our Trading Terms, which were agreed to by the customer at checkout and additionally as stipulated by law under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the customer has the right to cancel a purchase of an unwanted item and is responsible under these circumstance for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product. We fail to understand this customer's grievance when this this is exactly what took place at their own behest.

Had a problem with a unit (shredder) being delivered damaged, spoke and emailed, unit collected and replaced with new - what more can i say, excellent company to do business with.

Swift response to issue

Shredder purchased. Easy to use website and very quick delivery. However box was badly damaged and shredder had sustained some damage. Contacted company who were quick to respond. Offered to arrange collection and replacement. As damage was minor and would not impact function I accepted a partial refund. Refund was processed on the same day.

Easy to order,fast delivery

Easy to order,fast delivery, well packaged,have put into use no problems,3 position switch could be it's weak point however I would still recomend product & company

Speedy delivery

Speedy delivery, right product and price. We always try to use independent companies rather than you know who and this firm in Bath are clearly doing a great job! Thank you.
