Left early from North Greenwich pier…

Left early from North Greenwich pier even though we were standing on the pier waiting. The sign said it was 2 minutes away. The driver saw us and still left early. Sunday, Jan. 19 around 7pm. This happens a lot on this service. Worst service ever!

Boats great, app terrible

The boats themselves are great but the app is terrible - the “live” departure times have no relation to reality, and boats are often cancelled with no notice (either on the app or on their X account). As the boats often don’t stick to the scheduled timetable thus makes it very hit and miss knowing how long you’re going to have to wait (particularly unfun when it’s cold and wet in the winter and the waiting rooms at most stops don’t have heating).

We had a fantastic day in London via…

We had a fantastic day in London via Uber Boat Thames Clippers. Firstly parking was easy once we’d found where to go, we did have a problem buying our ticket as we couldn’t go any further than Woolwich but once we was on the boat and discussed the problem we bought two more tickets and have had to write to customer services with a copy of the original tickets for a refund. Hopefully we will receive it soon. After finding our seat we thoroughly enjoyed the sights of London and got off at Battersea, spending an hour wandering around then returning to the boarding station to return. It was such a good day and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Thank you for a brilliant service we will definitely use it again and again and again.

The support team were very understanding and helpful, although it was totally my responsibility to check the working date and time , they still managed to solve my issue with very welcoming hearts.

Excellent water transportation in London. And exceptional support service.

We’ve used Uber Boat to travel from Tower of London to Westminster. A fast transportation and very comfortable. But the best was its support service. I bought the ticket online in advance, and I made an error booking for the wrong day. They changed the ticket only too and very fast.

Absolutely fuming at the experience

Absolutely fuming at the experience.

My mum, my dad and myself got to embankment pier yesterday from 12:02pm and we were told 20-40 minutes to get on the boat. However after waiting over an hour and finally got on at 13.05 as there was delays. The final boat we got on were delayed for 21 minutes.

Woke up this morning and all three contactless cards have been charged £34.60. Absolute rip off. You can tell this is a way to rip tourists off. Avoid using and purchase a ticket if possible as I have just seen many other people had the same experience!

Delays occur for many reasons, most of which are outside of our control.

The incorrect charges when using the contactless transaction with tap in and out is not owned and managed by us. These machines are monitored by Transport for London (TfL).

To resolve this issue and request a partial refund for contactless transactions, we recommend reaching out to TfL directly. You can do so through the following link: TfL Refunds and Replacements or by calling their support line at 0343 222 1234. Additionally, you can review your fare charges and manage your contactless transactions by registering your card on TfL's Contactless Portal.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you on board again soon.

Battersea to Blackfriars

Battersea to Blackfriars, person at Battersea pier told us what boat to take but boat did not stop at Blackfriars, website of both Uber, Tfl said boat stops at Blackfriars, it is one of the busiest stops on a Monday, but no stopping, how ridiculous

Great customer service/talking to real persons

Chatted online to a very helpful and polite real person (Patricia). All questions answered promptly and further suggestions were made. Three of us travelled from Embankment to Greenwich. The clipper arrived on time and the trip was very pleasant and smooth.

I used Uber boat few times - delay last visit

I used Uber boat few times and it’s been excellent service. On my most recent pre-booking there had been a delay, when my family were touring London. As we could not use the service, the team were excellent and refunded me accordingly. Experienced good customer service
