I find the system to be very reliable and helps me contact and stay in touch with clients, many of whom have sporadic internet access, or who do not check their e-mails as often as necessary.

Over the past year, TextMagic has been a reliable tool for us at Hero PA to send out instant SMS messages to our clients.

We have an API built which integrates perfectly with TextMagic and this helps us relay urgent or critical messages in a time-efficient manner.

I was recommended to use TextMagic by a friend within my industry (Telephone Answering Services) and by using TextMagic, we have never had any problems at all and have managed to save on SMS costs compared to a previous provider.

Reliable service, very diverse options and fair price.

I love using TextMagic. It is quick and affordable. I like that we had the ability to upload phone numbers instead of entering manually. I like being able to send a quick reminder text to multiple individuals. I like using text messaging without it being my personal phone. I definitely recommend this service.

This was straightforward to set up for use from the website. We link it to our software by sending automated emails which TextMagic converts into text messages that our customers' onsite operatives receive to alert them to jobs that come in during the day.
Sub-accounts allow us to do this for several of our customers, and it is easy to see what is going on with each one.
Charging is straightforward, with either warning or automatic replenishment payment.

We have been using their service for a few years now. It is easy to configure, maintain, and use. We send occasional company-wide SMS broadcasts for office closures etc. Also, their prices are very competitive with other providers in this space.

Textmagic is a great way to connect with a large number of people at once. I do wish I could select more than one column of phone numbers to text at a time and to make groups of how I want my columns to import. (Maybe like a template but specifically for the order of column important terminology.)
