Textmagic has been a great tool for a mentoring group I lead. There are so many features, most of which we haven't been able to explore/use yet but, it is a perfect text messaging tool.

Sometimes SMS is not delivering but status is shown as delivered
Fast service in sending back response but SMS delivery to the customer is getting delay. Sometimes SMS is not delivering but status is shown as delivered. this is not reliable to run the business.
Fix this issue to avoid real-time practical issues like this.

I don't know how I ever worked without this app.
This app has literally changed my life at work. We have switched to curbside pick up of orders, and my phone was constantly ringing to the point where I could not get work done. Now I use TextMagic, and multiple team members get notifications on their phones when we have a customer arriving for pick up. My productivity has improved dramatically, and my customers love it!

I really love text magic
I really love text magic. It is easy to use. The scheduling feature is wonderful. It makes my day so much smoother and customers love texting vs a phone call or email. It is very reliable and that is very important as well. Highly recommend.

My review of TextMagic.
I like TextMagic, however, when sending bulk text messages not all recipients get the messages.
Also, I don't like it that when sending a Spanish text, I get charged more for using special characters.

Though the price for sending the message is the same, the message length is different. The Spanish language has Unicode characters that decreases the message length from 160 standard to 70 Unicode characters. You can send longer messages - up to 402 Unicode characters - in up to 6 SMS parts. The longer the message and the greater the number of SMS parts, the higher the cost.
Please use our free text transliteration tool to convert messages from Unicode to the standard Latin alphabet.
