Great service and communication.
I have now ordered and received two Test Meters. Great quality and service. I was notified early that the first item would be delayed. Not a problem and then it arrived earlier than the new scheduled date. Always kept updated, thank you.

Svar från Test Meter Group Ltd
Hi DJMD Electrical,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than expected. We know how frustrating it is waiting on essential tools when you have jobs lined up.
I did want to gently clear up the price comparison, as it looks like there might be a mix-up with the models. Screwfix sells the entry-level KT63DL (and KT64DL), but they actually do not stock the flagship KT65DL that you ordered from us.
The KT65DL is a significantly higher-spec 8-in-1 tester—it includes features the KT63DL doesn't have, such as earth spike testing, 3-phase rotation, 110V CTE loop testing, ultra-high 0.001 Ohm resolution, and onboard Max Zs tables.
You’ve chosen a top-tier piece of kit that will serve you across commercial and industrial work, not just domestic jobs. However, if the KT65DL is beyond your requirements and you would like to exchange it for the KT63DL, please remember you have our 60-day exchange/returns policy (T&Cs apply).
Please feel free to reach out to our team directly if we can help with this.
Many thanks
Gavin

Hi Dariush,
I am sorry for any frustration this delivery delay has caused.
We display lead times based on the latest information from our suppliers, but unfortunately, the manufacturer updated us with a much longer delay when we placed your order.
We don't believe in keeping our customers in the dark, which is why our team reached out to you immediately to explain the situation.
We supply thousands of product lines from many leading brands, and while manufacturer delays are rare, our policy is always to communicate them as quickly as possible so you can make an informed decision.
We completely respect that your time is valuable. As you preferred not to wait for the manufacturer to restock, we processed a full and immediate refund for you as soon as you requested it.
Best regards
