We preordered some extra food
We preordered some extra food. When I received the pizzas for the kids I went to reception to ask where was my extra food. They replied to me that they have to feed all the party and then give us the extra food ( which it has no sense for me, because I want all the food together, one kids didn’t eat!!!) after we asked 3 more times to the waitresses and they asked me to come back again to the reception to give my reference number. Time passed and we almost finished our session. I asked to speak with the manager. She completely ignored us( even when she was in front of us). She never asked “what’s happen?”. Then I asked to have the refund, because it was too late ( they found out they gave the food to the wrong table). They never apologised. Worst experience ever!

The venue temperature was cool and…
The venue temperature was cool and appropriate. The only let down was the food. The burgers were not tasty and the chips tasted as though there were cooked in old oil. Also it would be an idea to allocate a space possibly behind the bar to store cake. My cake was fresh cream and tasted horrible as it needed refrigeration.

Easy to book games online and pay. Turned up straight on the the lane and bowling.
We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be going back again.

The birthday party was amazing
The birthday party was amazing, my daughter loved it, it was unfortunatly gusets from another party in lanes next to us not be supervised by their parents that kept running in front of others lanes as children were trying to enjoy their parties. I had to keep telling the children from another party to stop blocking our lanes.

Great afternoon my family had fun
Great afternoon my family had fun. My only complaint is cleanliness. There were used jugs and glasses and litter that needed cleaning but was not done for the whole hour and 45 minutes we were there.

The karaoke room was really hot and humid inside. There is no ventilation or AC. Songs are quite limited. Sound quality is quite good but not mindblowing.

Great place to hang out with the family…
Great place to hang out with the family and children. Lots of activities to do.
However, the place is extremely unsanitary, they are not disinfected at all, the tables we not wiped. The bathroom is filthy and the smell of sewage kept arising in the atmosphere while bowling. Bar area looked clean, but the surfaces were sticky.
I think it is a good idea to implement some hand sanitizer stations around.
I no longer visit, as often I could, because I feel like the environment is filled with bacteria. But it is a very nice place to take the family.
The location is perfect for me, the booking process was smooth and easy. The guy that served us drinks was very helpful and polite.
Also, it's a great idea to give staff name tags.

I took my son with a group of friends for his birthday. The place is grubby with rubbish on the floor, uncleared and sticky tables. The food isn’t very appealing but edible. They had fun doing the bowling and the selfie camera was fun.

Kind and understanding workers!!
Quick and easy as always, came for bowling and karaoke with a friend. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite, even appreciated the fact they helped fix a broken microphone when we kept coming back to return it, explaining we didn’t mind sharing the one. Big thanks!

Fun Family Activity
It was a brilliant afternoon with family. Great venue, free parking, no longer need to wear bowling shoes, just bring your trainers but no flip flops. Definitely recommend this venue. Will be back for my birthday 22 June. 🎉
