Booking process was easy but had to phone to book in for a karaoke party, lady on the phone was helpful. Staff at Croydon on Sunday 26th in the morning were very nice and helpful too. No issues at all - Daughter and friends had a good time!

Kids enjoyed it
Checking in and playing was fine, used there deals so a game and burger meal was £6.50 but to add another game was so expensive so didn't bother.
Only judgement is the food took forever to come, we had finished a game with 3 people and waited a further 20 mins and its not like it was overly busy. But that seems to happen often. Kitchen needs to do better.

Rude staff
Bowling lanes broke like 3 times, no apology or anything. ordered drinks and they took 20 minutes to come, asked about them after 15 minutes and got rude response from staff. Again, no apologies or anything. Wont be coming back.

Lovely day out with the family, most arcade games accept contactless payment but change machine available which also accepts contactless payment. Staff were very professional and polite. Definitely recommend. 👍🏽
