Attended soft play coventry
Unfortunately stayed under an hour due to the intense heat & sensory overload. I understand all the different experiences you offer. Having the soft play next to all the gaming, slot machines didn’t make it a pleasant experience with a 2yr old & heavily pregnant mum.

Friendly welcome drinks a bit pricey

Kids laser tag party was supposed to start at 16.30 and due to not having enough staff had to wait until the 17.00 staff started so didn’t actually start 17.10.
This caused kids to become restless and annoyed and hungry. This then had a knock on with parents coming to collect thier children before the party had finished so ended up with kids missing ongoing swimming lessons. This was really unprofessional and a really disappointing party.

Staff at the bar they don't know what they doing.
Also i have place order for the bar online, how they advice. 15 min later nobody didn't start doing until I didn't start asking for this at the bar. Girls at the bar wasn't really happy.

Staff were attentive and thoughtful making my daughter’s birthday party extra special. Location was clean, food great and facilities excellent. Definately recommend.

Very disappointing experience overall i’m coventry Tenpin . The only member of staff who was polite and welcoming was Georgia .
I’ve visited twice now, and on both occasions, the rest of the staff came across as rude, unfriendly, and uninterested in helping customers.
We also ordered pizza, but it took an extremely long time to arrive. When we asked how long it would be, no one could even provide an estimated waiting time, took over 35 minutes !

The most frustrating part was the escape room. We waited around 18 minutes for a member of staff to come and open the room and start the game, but that delay was taken out of our booked session. We paid for a 60-minute experience but only got around 42minutes. When we raised this with the staff, we were simply told they were busy. That may explain the delay, but it doesn’t justify charging customers for time they didn’t received especially when we were still expected to leave as soon as our shortened session ended.

Overall, the customer service was poor, and I wouldn’t recommend the experience based on how we were treated

Had to change lanes as the barriers got stuck down when we needed them up, walked a mile to reception to report this. Ordered drinks by our lane using the app and they forgot one drink so i had to walk a mile back to the bar to get it. When you are at the furthest lane and things arent going well, the walk to reception right at the furthest point at the back of the building is so frustrating. They need another point of contact at the entrance that can communicate with reception to make the experience better. This was coventry. Bowling itself was great, just a couple of things let it down. It was also my sons birthday so this added stress to the fun.

My first ever experience to visit tenpin & loved it.

The cleanness of the place, the amazing service from the workers and the amazing fun I had with all the games.

Lovely & clean space for kids to play. Definitely need air con in the play area as it was far to hot

In my opinion it needs new staff that know what there doing, when you order on the app, your drinks don't come to the table, you have to go up to the bar to get them yourself 20 min later. It isn't as good as it used to be, the arcade is very poor, not enough ticket machines they have got rid of the good ones, and there's only 1 big 10p pusher machine and that's it. Would I visit again, I'm not sure.

We visited for one game of bowling on a Saturday afternoon and there was a lot of availability. The venue was very loud as there’s a lot of different activities and I didn’t expect the volume level there was. As someone with NDs in the group this was a challenge but next time we would be prepared with ear defenders. My main reason for losing stars was that I ordered food with the game booking and this didn’t arrive until only one turn each remained and only after I enquired with a member of staff. The biggest problem with this was that despite there being many free lanes the game for the next customer was loaded onto our lane whilst the food was still being eaten. For most this would just be an inconvenience but again with NDs having to move to a different area meant that the food then went to waste as I couldn’t get the person to eat it after moving.

Ordered drinks to the lane. Took 25 minutes for them to arrive, 1 drink was missing and another was wrong.
Ordered drinks again, took 30 minutes to arrive this time and same iced drink was missing again. By the time drinks had arrived we had to leave.

Great facilities, all looked clean.
Service a little slow then gave us reduced time on darts.

The girl on soft play was amazing and very helpful. I couldn't fault her and she went above an beyond to assist us when the party we booked turned into a bit of a shambles.

Everything else was really disappointing.

Service incredibly slow at the bar. Laser tag party started over half an hour late despite all attendees arriving 15 minutes early as advised. This resulted in food being brought out over an hour after we planned, meaning 3 children went home hungry as they had to leave before it came out.

Most of the pizzas were burnt to the point we could not tell which was pepperoni and which was cheese. And our only dairy free child had to wait 20 minutes longer than his friends for a portion of chicken nuggets despite me chasing it up 3 times.

We ended up having to pay for 27 children to go into soft play so they weren't sat around for 45 minutes with nothing to do at a party (they are 6 & 7 years old).

Kids had a great time but were all complaining they were hungry (the party was after school on a Friday) and despite the long delay we were told it wasn't an option for the food to come out before because they were still dealing with the previous party.

Very stressful for the parents!

Would never book a party here again, despite the venue being brilliant and having everything you need, the service, time keeping and food really let it down.

We were a group of seasoned escape room players and I'm sorry to say this was probably the least satisfactory experience we have ever had. There was clearly a lack of staff, with patchy communication within the room, including staff repeatedly telling us we had to go back and do something we had already done. There was supposed to be a live action element but we never reached it, as we failed to find something that clearly wasn't there and after reluctantly "giving up" were told we had forfeited the game.

I suspect they didn't have the staff to fulfill the live action element of the game, so just didn't place the needed item at all, meaning we had no chance of reaching that part. Deeply unsatisfactory.
Shame because the place seemed well appointed and the game theme was pretty good. Just shows you that the staff really are crucial to the experience. Props to the guy for brazening out this solution to their staffing issue, I guess, but pretty outrageous really. We'll chalk it down to experience and laugh about it later, but felt short-changed won't be recommending to others.
