I am in tears!!! No memories from my Graduation! It is very unprofessional for such an established company not to have a customer service line of communication.

I have been contacted by a lovely consultant Karen however, it trustpilot has stated I have not responded back when I have.

I've been waiting for Tempest graduations to come back online for a while now. I even emailed them only to get an automatic response saying my email will be deleted. I really wanted to order my graduation photos from January 2020. It's a shame I won't be able to have any photographs for memories.

Unable to contact Tempest regarding graduation photos from September 2015 and have struggled to do so since long before lockdown. Incredibly disappointed and saddened that I will potentially never receive the only photographic memories taken of such an important day.

I’m trying to get in touch with Tempest but there is no way of contacting them. My graduation was last year in November and still waiting for my pictures to be printed. Extremely unprofessional!

It is not that COVID-19 has affected Tempest Graduation's business ethics. My daughter graduated from Nottingham University in Dec'15. We paid for the photos but never received any. I enquired by phone, still nothing! Reference # is 85290E64BD. They do not have an email so no way to track correspondences. Promises of our memories feel violated. Is there any hope to receive the photos? I keep on trying. We had trusted you to be professionals!

Excellent customer service, quick responses and I certainly felt listened to. My needs were met and the staff went above and beyond, especially by Claire H. Would certainly recommend.

Extortion incarnate.

Because this company has the monopoly over graduation photos they charge what they want. The website is terrible and outdates, felt like trying to work around a website from the late 90s. Once the payment was taken on the website it sent me to my account page and not giving me any option to see my orders, I only know the order went through because the money left my account!

"want a photo, thats £29.95 please.....oh you want it on a usb? thats an extra £18 BUT you need to first buy the print.......oh you want multiple photos? have a look at our great £90 deal."

I took out one of their "deals" for £90....to then have a £6 delivery charge slapped on and an estimated 28 days delivery.

Only reason I've bought these photos is because the family wanted them.

A great big thank you to Rachel at Tempest Graduations. I couldn't have received any better service than that which I received from this young lady today. I much prefer to speak to someone personally, rather than sending and receiving emails and texts.

I find that when I am speaking to someone on the phone, or indeed speaking to them face to face, I receive a more intimate service. Plus it's good to talk. We had a laugh and a joke as well.

My query about my sons graduation photograph with Rachel was dealt with very professionally. She discussed with me my options and we arrived at an amicable solution for my needs.

All in all I found my customer experience with Tempest Graduations extremely good. I am not an employee of this company and I am in no way connected to them in any way. I am just a retired gentleman who much prefers to speak to someone personally. So thank you once again for your service Rachel. You are a star.

If Tempest have any happy customers it must be more by accident than design, they are a shambles. We selected two images from our son's graduation to be part of package of mounted photos of different sizes. The option exists on Tempest's web site to rotate photos between landscape and portrait orientations. We chose to change the family group photo from portrait to landscape because it would suit a group of three far better. Only much later did we learn that the option to select the orientation is there, presumably, as some sort of teenage prank, to befuddle and annoy customers.

It would take far too long to relay even a fraction of the subsequent email discussion with Tempest. I will short-cut to the end and just say that it was the fourth person who took-up the correspondence from Tempest who finally made it clear that obtaining a rotation of our photo was not possible. By then we had returned the prints.

Given everything that transpired I am amazed that Tempest seem to have a stranglehold on the graduation photo market - judging by the number of institutions they appear to have an exclusive deal with. All I can say is that if there is anyone out there with a camera and with the slightest notion of customer service, there is an opportunity to clean-up.
