Poor customer service firstly from Ella based in the Philippines who set up my warranty incorrectly. I asked for this to be escalated and was conveniently told that the supervisor / manager by the name of ‘Ram’ was in his lunch break. Whilst I was on hold the adviser the line went dead. I called back and then spoke to Naz who conveyed the same message that Ram was still on his break despite It now being over an hour. He refused to get the manager to call me back instead asking me to call an alternate number and which you can guess…was the wrong number!

I got a teknix frost free fridge freezer on 13.9.25. It leaked every 3 days. A technician could not understand why. I rang Teknix customer services a number of times but got nowhere. I put my complaint on Trustpilot. It was quickly spotted by Paul from Teknix. Upshot is I got a new fridge freezer and the faulty one taken away the same day. He stayed in touch while all arrangements were being made. I'm pleased that Paul sorted things out for me and that he is aware of the customer services experience. Thanks vm Paul.

Basically a good experience spoiled by incorrect phone number As an over 80 tech idiot I prefer to speak to a person than deal with a computer having said that registering my product on line was straight forward

Nice looking undercounted freezer good size 91 litre capacity at a very good price. Ordered 23rd December took delivery 27th December an excellent service. Place in our garage and so far very happy and would recommend.

Goods delivered as arranged from local supplier. Easy to understand instructions on setting up.
Quality of goods seems excellent and meets our needs.

Very efficient and good at explaining everything I needed to know

Easy ordering procedure. Excellent service to change door opening and handle. Delivery kept up to date. 2 man drop very efficient. All round impressed.

The dryer doesn't get as hot and is good on the electric

The delivery was very quick and packed well, very sturdy with good strong containers and easy to set up, the wheels on the back helped to manoeuvre,very quiet. Not had it long but very pleased with it.

Engineer came out 3 times and did not fix a problem with the freezer icing up every 2 weeks. After checking the freezer myself i found that a piece of foam gasket had fallen from the drip tray at the top of the freezer compartment and completely blocked the drain outlet pipe. Simple fault that should have been check on first visit. To rub salt in the wound i received an invoice for £80 as the engineer had reported no fault found. I refused to pay so they would not come out again for the forth time rendering the unit as useless. This is when i decided to fix it myself. When i told them what i had found they did not want to know. Shame on you.

The young lady I spoke to was really pleasant and helpful 16.12.

The 3 men successfully negotiated a difficult side passage for new freezer and old one for return. Leader of the 3 was friendly, the other 2 not so. At first they would not take the packaging away; I had paid £10 for this. They did take the largest packaging on persuasion, hence the 4- rather than 5-star rating.

Registration went very smoothly, Lester was very quick and efficient.

Ordering via web site easy, competitive price, quick confirmation of order and content of order. Actual delivery by driver and assistant very good, helpful and friendly. Communication for delivery was poor. Order placed 24th November delivered December 6 when order stated delivery 1-3 days. Delivery between 7.00am and 8.0pm is ridiculous and made even more so when delivery is not made. Needs improving to improve communication with clients.

Bought a tumbledryer, does job perfect for the price
