Although the job got completed and the staff were individually helpful, the whole process of repair took too long (almost 2 weeks) which I don't find acceptable for a piece of critical office equipment. I spoke with the Sales Director who explained that this was due to delays by suppliers, but still I feel something needs resolving in the process since the customer outcome is the same. Proactively keeping me informed would have eased the frustration massively, rather than me chasing updates every couple of days.

On this occasion Teffont were slow to react, the part took longer to deliver than we were informed that it would. When it arrived it took 3 days and 2 phone calls to actually get an engineer out to fit it.

In saying this, the m/c is now working fine.

It was pleasant to see an experienced man at work, someone who really knew what he was doing. He was polite and clearly spoken explaining what was wrong and how he was rectifying the fault.
If all companies employed people of his skill there would be far less complaints about servicing capability

The company charges full price upfront, the printer engineer turns up without any parts. Then the quote of parts comes later at a cost more than a new item costs. At that stage you will realise it was better to buy a new printer and not worth using this company

Teffont are really efficient. Good response, good scheduling of technicians's visit, excellent performance on site. Only one suggestion. Teffont is not charging much for site visits, but is marking up components with a large margin. Guys, you don't need to do this! Charge more for your excellent service, and keep your mark up on components lower. That makes pricing more transparent, and encourages people to pay a premium for the good service you offer, which is worth a lot.

Good service but had to chase at times. When faced with a real problem they really were flexible and customer service was excellent! They put me, the customer, first and that is not only surprising these days but a great reflection on everybody who was involved in rectifying my printer problem.

Although it took a whole to fix the problem, I would recommend their service. Engineer came out and diagnosed the problem. We were quoted for parts needed. Engineer returned and fitted new parts but printer still wouldn't work, so removed printer to workshop. A replacement printer was offered. They had to order more parts and finally returned the printer working again. The best part of their service is the one fee covers all costs. We had the engineer visit us three times but only paid the initially quoted charge. Not cheap, but well worth the price. I would recommend this company.

Not particularly blown away.. told us we had a faulty part and what it was, but that was all. Long time to get a receipt, never got a proper engineer's report. Nothing awful, but a long way from five star.

I have nothing but praise for this company. They do much more than their competitors and are more concerned with fixing your machine than clock watching. I will definitely use them for allmy office maintenance needs.

I would recommend Teffont for any printer problems you have good on the ground engineers and quick response. Very cost effective and do what they say they will do.
