First off when i purchased my product i realized the right away. I had two pictures in the order and immediately try to send an email to cancel one within minutes of placing the order. I then received an email from a lady named Emma three days later saying it was too late to cancel the picture I didn’t need. Now that I’ve received my order. I’m not stoked on what I see.

First one arrived cracked…..
First one arrived cracked and when I reported the damaged item received, they quickly advised me a new one was on the way. Second one arrived and was undamaged.
Overall, a decent purchasing experience but does take awhile to receive after placing an order.
Quality of product and image is good and is hanging in our window.

The picture is great but the frame came damaged could have been packed a lot better .
The wood frame was not even glued just nailed with two cheap nails and a staple.

I recently purchased merchandise from Tedooo and had delivery issues. Customer service experience with them about the problem was excellent !!! I had expected the usual rigamarole but was very happy with the service and finally received my items!! Although not exactly as advertised i’m happy that i was able to customize using my own images. The items (mosaic and suncatcher) are really eye catching!!

Do not use Tedooo. They are a total scam. I placed an order July 11th. Today is August 31st. I still have not received this garbage. They won’t refund my money. They just keep telling me to wait. (That is When I can message someone). Customer service is a joke. I emailed the link on my previous reviews. No one gets back to you. Read all the other reviews you will see. Wish I would have. Glass dog portrait
8 weeks in and progress status still at preparing your order, asked for picture updates and numerous emails and chats sent, just generic Ai responses, contacted bank to start charge back proceedings.
4 weeks after the intial review update, Now 12 weeks since ordering, funnily enough status changed to shipped after the review, and yes im still waiting, showing shipped for 4 weeks with no scan updates, is it lost? Did it get sent? Is it a scam? If i hold my breath any longer for this to turn up im pretty sure ill die!!!!

This company has the worst communication I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
If it weren’t for the reviews I’d say it was a scam.
I ordered a portrait over 2 months ago. They finally told me it shipped but they provide no tracking information.
I have cancelled the order because I’m fed up of waiting and my messages ignored.
I have no idea wherevthevordervisvor indeed if it’s been shipped.
I just want my money back. They have totally ruined the experience and even if it arrives it will now be associated with frustration and anxiety.
