Great Price, As described, well packaged but dispatch coms could have been better....

I will however be returning and for the most part I'm happy.

Bought a well-priced Creality Ender Neo 3D printer a couple of weeks ago. The delivery was prompt and efficient but the printer refused to turn on. A few emails later, TO established that it was the PSU and dispatched a replacement which reached me in 2 days. Myles & James are knowledgeable and fantastically prompt in their email replies -- never seen anything like it. Wish TO the very best.

Brilliant buying experience. Ordered the Thursday morning before a bank holiday Monday. I had resigned myself to the fact it would arrive on the Tuesday but to my delight it was delivered on the Saturday. A lovely surprise only due to the fact they acted quickly on my order Thursday morning. Top service, 10/10 would buy again.

Have purchased from them on several occasions and never had an issue, prices are competitive and website is clear on what’s available.
I will continue to use them for all my 3D printing needs

My whole experience with this company has just been stress and anger the whole way through,I’ve barely been using my printer and the parts have been breaking left right and centre, and their help for that was a link to purchase a new part on their website already paid a fortune for the printer and then I’m buying a load of parts to replace, absolute shambles, avoid company at all costs, you expect a bit of a better reaction when your paying a bomb for the printer

Ordered a printer and Filament for a very important project , this was my first order with this company and I used them simply because I could get next day delivery. First of all I selected black and white Filament when shopping and after check out it showed 2 white filament , I went on chat when they were next open but this couldn’t be changed, luckily no big issue as I needed the white urgently. Today only the printer turned up ? I messaged them and they said it’s common for orders to get separated and it will arrive today. I phoned DPD and they advised that my filament is still at their Cardiff depot and won’t be delivered until tomorrow , I spoke to technology outlet and asked if there is anything they can do or refund me part of the shipping costs as I now need to run around and try buy filament but they just said they will try speak to the courier. For a first time customer they didn’t seem bothered at all. Reading other reviews on here it looks like they need a new courier company

Initially when looking into my first 3D printer, they where excellent at assisting and answering every question for the Ender 5 Plus.
Forward 4-5 months from the purchase, I experiencing some issues with the printer, they assisted with the debugging and sent a replacement part under warranty, they guided me through the process with simple instructions and I was back up to printing within the hour.

Amazing team, great communication and amazing aftercare!

Ordered a printer for £1300 and was told in stock can ship same day if we place the order before 12. at 9.45am i send the request for the invoice, and then im told, you may have to wait a few days for stock. I ask (again on email as they wont deal over the phone) why as i was told they were in stock. 2pm i get an email saying Sorry thought you wanted something else. Ok we can do the order. At 3.45pm i get the invoice. I pay for it, and then get told it will leave tomorrow because its missed that days post now. OK whatever,
Next day, 11 am i call as no confirmation of a shipment, to be told, i havent paid yet. I then have to send them the screenshot where it clearly showed the payment, and bizarrley they then email me saying its been found and they will process the shipment. Im then told it will be ANOTHER day before they can ship it.
Following day, i get an email telling me they now have an issue in the warehouse with our address (strange as it seems whenever we purchased from you before, you never had an issue) and i have to argue and fight to get my money back from these incompetent people. Cannot believe this is the customer service they provide.
Blessing in disguise as i got the refund, and found another company who WILL ship the printer to me, but also gave me the AMS unit all for £100 less than the one from these lot!!
Sadly, i can never purchase anything from the company again, the most shocking lack of care, service or help ive ever encountered.

Myles Lightfoot was the guy I was emailing regarding a printer clog and he let me send the extruder assembly out for a free repair and within a day of repairing it he is sending it out back to me
I recommend buying and using technology outlet for repairs / services

Sound friendly advice and help locating correct part followed by swift delivery. First class service as always.

Very swift service. Product PETg bought primarily for making an adaptor for an aquarium filter but will be used for other projects. Seems to print well with suggested settings will probably fine tune over time and experience.

Bought a 3d printer from these guy's excellent quality and service no problem, super fast delivery and the best price I found online A++++
