After my wife buying me a Prusa core one+ for my Birthday,I set it up as it said in the manuals I'm a total newly to 3D printing. I started to print items off the usb stick, and was greatly surprised at the quality of the items. I then needed some help with some other questions that needed to be addressed.So I rang your company and spoke to a young lady who told me to send in a e mail of which I done. after a few minutes a guy called Daniel called to see what I needed, so we had along chat about the core one, of which I learned a great deal from Daniel, this man knows what he is on about, its like the old saying what he don't know is not worth asking, great guy.so all in all you could not get a better service than that. so in my mind I find Prusa is the way to go. so at a later date I would like to get the core one Las bigger build plate for larger items.

Meh . . ok, not terrible, at least the stuff I ordered arrived - and on time, but the two rolls of "fluorescent pink" I ordered are absolutely nothing like the images on the website, not even close, they're basically a sorta' dull dark magenta. Meh.

Daniel was determined not to drop the problem until he had helped me to solve it. His replies were prompt and helpful, and he even went back to the manufacturer to find me a solution. I can't praise Daniel or 123-3d customer service enough. Many, many thanks.

Bought a Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 from them at 1820 and chose the cheaper delivery option as I wanted to set things up and was busy. Regardless, It was sent out the next day and I got it 1000 the day after. Less than 40 Hours. I was very impressed.

Then I had an issue with a component on it. Nothing to do with 123 3D and they replaced the part for me. It was delivered first thing the next day.

Service like this is rare in the UK nowadays and needs to be shouted out.

Came across their YouTube video about PCTG filament and thought I'd give it a try. Wow, it performed really well on our Bambu Lab X2D and has exactly the properties they were talking about. The price was really keen, the quality fantastic and the delivery was so fast! I have added 123-3D to our list of preferred suppliers! Awesome, thank you :-D

Ordered a CR-Scan ferret pro on Sunday, item arrive Tuesday.

Unfortunately I had an issue with my purchase, but their customer service was excellent and very helpful.

Initially offering a replacement next day until they realised they were out of stock, so advise me it would be upto 14days, as they had to order in from their supplier. They collected the faulty item on Wednesday, and to my surprise the replacement was delivered on the Saturday.

I bought a printer from these people didn't have any problems , But there filament is with out doubt the worst I've ever used its total rubbish in my opinion.

A great price, a good range of items and the product arrived exactly when advertised (even though I failed to see the 14 day lead time).

They replied to my email very quickly and were friendly and understanding.

Technical support have no ability to provide technical advice. They don’t stock most items and then fail to let you know for the week.

Return item was accepted back no refund given after multiple emails they just said they issued refund and dont know what im talking about so going through charge back to try get my money back

Ordered an Elegoo Centauri build plate pack. Priced the same as on the Elegoo website, only delivery from 123-3D was free. Wasn't expecting delivery till after Christmas, but the build plates arrived today after being dispatched yesterday. Very impressed! Will be looking to use this company again for other 3D printing resources.

Very good customer service, I ordered a printer but a part was missing ( not their fault, postal service mistake) as soon as I let them know it was sent out straight away.

I bought a 3d printer from here, it was the cheapest Brand new printer of this model, anywhere i can find in the uk.
They shipped in within hours......but then Evri being Evri....needed to use a special courier to deliver it which means it didn't move for about 5 days. I phoned 123-3d and spoke to a lovely Customer service lady called Becky and she was already on the case before I called. she had contacted Evri previously and promised to get back to me that afternoon, which she did and said as she couldn't get answers from Evri, they'll send another one out overnight and sort the issue with evri themselves. The Printer arrived the next morning and is spot on.

I've always thought the measure of a company is how they react to problems when they occur. and they were absolutely excellent. Would 100 % use again!
