Techneeds - where efficient and effective at a much better price than anyone else - we first used Jack to help with some home security but then got him into our office to help with new desk set ups and he is more than capable doing both residential and commercial having had experience of both. I contacted Techneeds as I was having issues with my Wi-Fi at my home. Techneeds sent someone out to me the same day and dealt with the issue effectively and was very informative on why I was having certain problems with my Wi-Fi. Jack from Techneeds came to my office the same day I called for a emergency. He was very quick at understanding what I needed done and got on with job and fixed the problem in time for me to carry out my daily business tasks.
The best part - He was tasked to fix my file server, BUT without asking he also sped up two of the computers in the office and checked the internet and phone lines! Amazing service and very helpful..
