Teahouse Transport Omdömen 

Arranged with them to pick up my parcels on the 20th of July. Nobody came and since they are using UPS, the parcels had to be taken TO THEM as they didnt even arranged the pick up! Took forever to deliver and had to phone the UPS many times cos Teahouse is not responding to emails and basically does nothing for you, except taking the money. 10/10 do not recommend!

don't send luggage with these people, they will take your money, send UPS to pick up the luggage, and in the end you won't get your stuff, once you start writing emails or calling on the phone, they won't answer you

I have already shared here my very unpleasant experience with the delivery that I paid for, but after the company insisted on sending my parcel, for reasons beyond my understanding, not to the recipient, but to a completely unknown private person in another country, I refused the service. According to the site, I was supposed to get my money back within minutes. It's been ten days now and I haven't received my money back despite their email assurances.

My package was declared as lost after it failed to be delivered. I found out from courier. Teahouse was not aware. Very poor customer service. I am trying to get some support but nobody replies. All phone numbers are down or nobody answers. Emails ignored. Appealing customer service and I will likely never see my package which has thousand worth of clothes and claim has not been made. If you decide to use, make sure you have sufficient insurance!!!

Unfortunately, the company doesn`t even want to refund my money. I`ve contacted Trading standards and made a formal claim. If no reply there will be an investigation against them...

Same thing as people before me. Sadly, I did not think to look to see if things have changed as I used these guys before and they were brilliant. Now, they are as useful as windshield wipers on a submarine.
They took my money almost immediately, no confirmation email, no phone call, no nothing. You cannot reach them through the phone numbers listed, no email, nothing, nada, zilch.....

Edit: I have changed the stars and amend this review. Not long ago I received an email from them apologising, saying that they do not have the manpower in that specific country and therefore cannot make the pick up. So they said they will cancel & refund, what a relief. Thank you guys, I appreciate you not being a scam.

I'm a client of this company since 2014 and never had a problem, customer service is good and the company is trustworthy.

In nov 2022 this website and company is a total SCAM. I made an order, paid and after 3 days from the pick up date and 3 days of calling all numbers, writing on facebook, emails, tickets I did not get any answer. I m trying now to get my money back but they are like a ghost.

It was unknown what time the package would be picked up by courier. The service cannot expect that the client stay the whole day at home and wait until the courier comes. Therefore on star less.

It's been a month and I have not received a single message from teahouse transport, nor have I received my parcels. I have sent all my stuff from the UK to the CZ, as I was moving from university. Everything was wrong from the beginning, I wasn't even able to pay at the website, even though I tried 3 different credit cards. I tried to contact them but obviously nobody picked it up. The next day somebody finally sent me the details so that I could do the bank transfer. I was not even informed if they are really going to collect the boxes. Well they did in the end without calling or contacting me in advance. Fair enough, this is probably not their fault. However, after this their service was a complete nightmare. Since 5th July my boxes are stuck at the customs. Teahouse transport have not said anything since then. From the beginning the only company that contacted me regarding the clearance was DHL. Teahouse transport claims that it takes about 5-9 days to receive the package. Well it's been 29 days. Teahouse transport hasn't even apologised for the delay. Probably my package is one of those 2% that are delayed. However, it seems like they don't really know how to deal with that so they just pretend they don't know anything, which is just rude. Well at least I know that next time I'm not going to use the company again. Even though I used it a few times before that and everything was alright I must say that this was enough. I am just hoping that I'll get my boxes eventually.

Nie polecam tej firmy,zeszła do zera.dwukrotnie problem z odebraniem paczki,jedna z Polski do UK,druga z Uk do Francji.Zero odzewu,telefony podane na stronie nie działają.Tragiczny kontakt z firmą.NIE POLECAM!!!

Esperienza pessima, che sconsiglio a chiunque non voglia regalarsi una gastrite. Lunedì ho aperto un ordine per una spedizione di diversi pacchi, richiedendo il ritiro per il giovedì. Sul sito c'è scritto che si verrà richiamati per concordare con precisione il giorno del ritiro ma che in genere sono disponibili a ritirare i pacchi già dal giorno successivo, quindi avevo tutto il tempo. Ho pagato, ricevuto la mail di conferma del mio ordine e questo è stato l'ultimo contatto che ho ricevuto. Oggi è mercoledì e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna chiamata, ho cercato di contattare l'assistenza clienti in ogni modo possibile e immaginabile (tramite form sul loro sito, telefonando agli operatori che sono sempre o irraggiungibili o occupati, tramite chat Skype... nulla) ma non hanno MAI risposto a nessuna delle mie richieste. Io domenica devo partire, mi trovo in Erasmus e questi pacchi dovrebbero precedermi in Italia, quindi mi sono ritrovata in una situazione davvero critica, col rischio di dover lasciare le mie cose in una casa in cui non tornerò mai più, in un'altra nazione. Provvederò subito a contestare tramite PayPal per un servizio che non mi è mai stato erogato, voi che potete risparmiatevi l'ansia.

Awful experience. They didn’t come to get the parcel the day they told us and it took 3 days to finally have it sorted m, but not that’s not really a big deal, it wasn’t hard to contact them and they eventually organised the parcels to be collected. The main point is I specified that the parcels contained pottery and fragile pieces and I wrote down everywhere in the boxes FRAGILE and THIS WAY UP (in English and in Spanish just in case). All that could have possible got broken was broken when the parcel arrived. Every piece was wrapped up in bubble wrap and there was pieces of clothes to protect the pieces. Even 2 pieces that were wrapped up in bubble wrap and inside a wooden box arrived broken. Very disappointed. I took a picture before I threw all to the bin but I can’t find anywhere to actually post it.

Absolutely a nightmare process with this company. They have been reported to the police.
My parcel was lost by their 3rd party provider GLS. Then the GLS eventually discovered the parcel in their depo, damaged. As the parcel contained christmas presents from our families I asked for final delivery. To my surprise, an expensive item was stolen and several nutritional supplements were covered by mold (from where the parcel had been "resting"). The communication from the owner has been always terribly slow (in some cases a week with no response). The transportation refund was requested as it took a few months to deliver my damaged parcel, and the owner refunded it. Another refund was requested for stolen and damaged items as it was insured but no response on this matter. I said to the owner I will report them to the Police as I had it insured and only then his response was received. He offered that if it is possible they will pay me the value of lost and damaged items and then deal with the GLS internally. I immediately responded with the agreement but no refund and no communication again so I filed case. I have had enough of this, let the Police deal with the fraudsters! Shame on you Teahouse Transport (registered as GO2JERRY UK LIMITED)!!! This is my second parcel which was lost with this company. Never again with them.
