Mogę polecić. Moja mama wysyła mi paczkę już trzeci raz z Wielkiej Brytanii do Polski. Jestem zadowolony z obsługi bo pan przed wysyłką zadzwonił aby poprawić mój opis tego co jest w paczce i poinformował mnie o zasadach po tym całym brexicie i co powinienem wyjąć ze środka bo nie wolno przesyłać. Paczka doszła w kilka dni bez problemów. Dziękuję.

Zero customer support. Some of the numbers on their website don't even exist and those that do never pick up. I have been trying to contact them because I still haven't received a label for a package that's supposed to be picked up tomorrow and can't reach them because they don't reply and don't pick up.

I have used them few times before Brexit and were happy with the service provided.
However this time had shocking experience!
Booked next day pick up on Monday 4.6 ..but they called me 4 days after that system didn't recognize that address, had to pay extra 15£ to 50£ I already pay. Promised quick postage..today is 14 and package is still at home ! Can't get a refund as is only 24h from booking time.
Will not use again.

Everything went to plan and, unlike some agents, Teahouse Transport has a customer service department that actually responds.

Lost package avoid all responsibilities, also blocked messaging on Facebook. No reply on emails no explanation I lost £380

I really appreciate how quick I recieved my parcel box and there were no troubles around.

Great communications, and great price! I send parcels quite often and Teahouse is the cheapest and efficient transport i have used so far.

Kilka miesięcy temu wystawiłam świetną opinię ale teraz po tym jak ostatni raz próbowałam skorzystać z usług firmy odradzam. To jest niewyobrażalne jak firma postępuje. Dobrze ze wybrałam opcje płacenia PayPal i udało mi się odzyskać pieniądze. Zacznijmy od tego że firma oferuje dwa rodzaje przesyłek, tańsze i droższe. Nie wiem jak wygląda sprawa z droższymi bo wybrałam tańsza. Kilka dni po tym jak ktoś miał odebrać moja przesyłkę skontaktowałam się z firmą co się dzieje i dowiedziałam się że jak chce aby odebrano moja przesyłkę to muszę dopłacić extra 20 funtów. Czyli prawie drugie tyle. Gdy poprosiłam o zwrot pieniędzy kontakt się urwał. NIE POLECAM!!!

Nie polecam firmy Teahouse Transport, a wrecz odradzam korzystanie z ich uslug!
Uszkodzili mi sprzet warty 8 000 i nie poczuwaja sie do odpowiedzialnosci. Pomimo prawidlowego zapakowania paczki i poinformowania firmy ze bedzie to sprzet elektroniczy, komputer doszedl w kawalkach. Nie przyjeli reklamcji i odsylaja mnie do gls, przenaszac wine na ta firme, pomimo ze umowe przewozu towaru zawarlam z Teahouse transport. Nie polecam nikomu!

Here is what happened to me:
- they made me pay for a shipment I wanted to make, all fine, but it was corporate stuff and NEEDED to be shipped in a certain date.
- day before shipment they cancel it without any reason, asking me to add 15 pounds more to do it.
- I pay the 15 pounds then try to call them to make sure the courier would still come the day after, it was in the afternoon and within their working hours, no one called me nor replied to my mails.
- The courier didn't show up the day after, making me pay a s**t ton of money for a last minute solution.
- Tried at least to get a refund, they just disappear.

Maybe they work well usually, but with me this was PURE CRAP.

Very helpful castomer service. Price very reasonable.

For years using Teahouse to sending packages from UK to SVK, can only recommended. Great communication, service, never problem with delivery. Always pick up package the day i choose.
Price went a bit up after Brexit what is understandable but service still great.

I cannot recommend Teahouse Transport enough! I have been using their service for more than three years to send boxes between the Czech Republic and the UK. Last week, I sent three big boxes from the UK on Wednesday and they arrived the same week on Sunday!

I have been using their services for a couple of years now and always 100% service.
