Good price, quick shipping and an overall easy transaction.
Everything in the whole process went very smoothly. The website was easy to use, discs were fairly priced and they were immediately shipped. Would definitely purchase here again!
When the box arrived, I was a little worried that my discs may have been damaged during the shipping process. Upon opening the damaged box, I was happy to see the discs were fine. I may suggest using a different size box in the future when sending out orders such as mine (5 discs). Again, there were no problems, but I could potentially see where there could be problems in the future.

I was surprised that was able to buy products from this company at a lower cost than Amazon and anywhere else I looked.
The one time I contacted customer service I received a prompt response and was very satisfied with the transaction/conclusion.
I have bookmarked Tahoe Mountain Sports because I am sure I will continue to buy things from them.

Our website keeps real-time inventory of our cproduct selection, but sometimes there are small discrepancies in the actual quantity available. We're sorry to disappoint you, but please understand that we never intend to mislead anyone.
One out of every few hundred orders include a product that we can't find and ship. Sometimes a product gets stolen from our physical store or we make a data entry mistake. Outside of the occasional discrepancy the website's inventory is 99+% accurate.
Please contact us if there is anything we can do to restore your faith in doing business with us. We really do aim to please but we're only human and mistakes can happen.

I received the item much faster than expected and the price was great. I got exactly what I ordered in perfect shape. Couldn't be happier about the excellent service.

I bought convertible hiking pants for my husband. The same brand was $20 more every where esle! The exact same pants! Will definitely look here for my outdoor needs before looking anywhere else!

Just wonderful! I needed a product to arrive to Toronto over the weekend, and no other company online had offered to help me arrange a fast shipping that same day a via online support chat. Tahoe MS did, and the package even arrived to Canada ahead of time, with a normal FedEx fee, since Tahoe posted it in within an hour after my order went through their online payment system. Really great!!
