My mistake but they sorted it out!
I placed an order of some pouches and when I received the order I realized I had ordered the wrong dump pouch. Contacted their customer service email and had a return number and paperwork set up within a few hours. I returned the item and the day they received it they emailed saying they had it and gave me tracking for the replacement item that was sent out the same day!
Top notch customer service everyone, especially Ian and Milly, thank you both!

Great Service!
Ian from Tactical-Kit could not help me out enough. Ordered a Modlite from them and it arrived in no time and when I needed extra bits they were really accomodating. Quick responses to emails and really quick in getting everything out to me. Highly recommended.
Left the review a little bit later in the year as the Modlite I purchased has now had some good use and still going strong.

Customer support is second to none.
Tactical Kit Uk is my goto place for any of my kit. Biggest downside is stuff sells fast! So if there's something you have your eye on get it before you kick yourself when it's out of stock.
Customer service is excellent, and they will help with any problems or queries you have and it's nice to have a human touch instead of having to deal with bots! Would be lost without them!

Waited a month for my order to arrive, in fairness wasn’t their fault was due to customs messing around, when it did arrive they had sent the wrong mag pouches. A month waiting for the wrong order to arrive. Should’ve just ordered direct from the us. Would’ve had the right order, faster and cheaper

Great products, Great Service
I have bought many items from Tactical kit over the years from Safariland holsters to Haley Strategic chest rigs and many more. Their items are always top quality and the speed of delivery seems unmatched. I usually get the simple 3-5 day delivery option and often receive it within a couple of days. Recently I purchased a Safariland 6354DO holster, and received it next day (on a Saturday). Their after sales support is also awesome, with great customer service they always seem to go that extra mile to help their customers.
