We have been working with Tactical Despatch since January 2024 and they are a breath of fresh air
compared to the previous courier companies we have worked with over the years...
They manage top priority deliveries of display props and graphics that we manufacture for luxury
beauty and fragrance brands to prestigious sites such as Selfridges and Harrods. These deliveries are always very time-critical
(often out of working hours) and regularly involve the movement of high value/fragile items which
are always handed by the Tactical team with great care and respect.
The transparency, honest communication and reactiveness of Tactical Despatch is what sets them
apart. If there ever are issues – as will inevitably happen with logistics work – they reactive swiftly
and proactively, suggesting helpful actions and often with personal intervention from their owner
Toby – that level of service is invaluable to us.
We would recommend them highly.
