Poor from start to finish
My Level 4 diploma with T2 Training Group was meant to take 10 months but ended up taking 17.
After enrolling, it took months to be assigned an assessor, and only after I chased them myself. Halfway through the course my assessor disappeared, and I had to push for a replacement so I wouldn’t fall further behind.
I later received a poorly worded email effectively saying that if the course wasn’t finished by the end of the month, I’d get no extension and walk away with nothing — despite the delays largely being on their side.
My manager was repeatedly asked to complete large amounts of witness testimony that should have been assessed through observation. I was also told my portfolio was finished, only to then be told I was still one unit short.
I finally completed the course at the beginning of December and am still waiting for my certificates.
Overall, a very poorly managed and frustrating experience.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating the delays must have been.
We’ve now looked into this with our internal teams. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the certificate claim which meant it was not processed correctly at the time. This has now been rectified and the claim is being submitted. Certificates can take around 2–3 weeks to be issued, however we will aim to provide a digital copy this week as an interim solution.
