DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Took over 4 weeks to arrive and the ring worked for less than a month. It was very obvious there was an issue with the battery, spent weeks trying to resolve the issue with customer service and got nowhere. The only alternative from the company was to buy another ring at a reduced cost! Clearly they have never heard of EU consumer legislation. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Save your money. The item is straight from AliExpress - so you may as well just buy your Qring r02 from there. They don’t even bother hiding this - they just put the plain packaged item from AliExpress into an optim box and call it a day
“30 day worry free returns” as advertised also isn’t true. Your options when you contact support will be “it’s so expensive to ship the item back to China, but don’t worry, here’s a 50% discount code!!!” wow - how amazing. You can spend $200 to get two rings from AliExpress that cost $30 each! Alternatively, here’s a 20% refund 🤨 unsure how you class this as worry free. Absolute scam of a product.

Don't waste your money. We all want the oura ring but without the hefty pricetag & monthly subscription but sometimes there are things that are big price tags for a reason. Opted for this cheap one after good reviews and wish I never really. Mainly got it for tracking my cycle, you can enter when it started but that is it, no way to manually input when your next one has started/ended like you can with apps. Step tracking is off, battery is SHOCKING and now doesn't charge after only having it 5 months. Has to be charged every couple of days. Wear purely for the look now, may actually look into getting the oura ring.

So far this ring is living up to its expectations.
Though I did have two work outs not register despite reading my heart rate etc I wish there was a way to override past settings. Or inform the period tracker my cycle started. etc. Shiney gold is holding up. The little charge case is cute and works great! Sharing with friends. :)

Been using this ring for almost a full month now. The ordering process simple, just a bit long where I am from. The app is OK, could be more visually appealing but gets the job done. I did find 50% of the time my work outs are not recorded :( and there is no way to manually add it even though it recorded heart rate activity etc. The period tracker also has not recognized my current start to my cycle, its still in safe zone and also no way to over-ride that I can see... definitely a suggestive date.
LOVE THE INFO i am getting regardless. The charging case is cute and quick. Satisfied for the price point and no other comparable device owned to know otherwise.

Absolute SCAM! Do not buy from them! It’s a cheap knock off product that you’d find online for around £20. Customer service is smoke and mirrors, it doesn’t exist and you never actually hear back from anyone. They’ve also deleted my comments saying this on their socials…

I ordered the ring and sizing kit on 13/02/2026 as they advised delivery was 3-9 days, I chased on 18/02/26 to be advised there was an issue due to shortage in raw materials for the ring sizers, I advised I required the item for 09/03/26, and that I allowed more than the combined outside delivery times for items, as Optim ring website says once you advise them of the ring sizers they ship the same day, I received the ring sizers on 04/03/26, emailed to advise my size on 05/03/26, advised by email my ring and charger case was dispatched on 05/03/26 and on its way to me, we are now 10/03/26 (almost a month after I ordered and the day after I required my order and it is showing as still in transit no further details)
I am very disappointed in the service for this ring, I ordered it based on trust pilot reviews after considering a few options that were also slightly cheaper than this one.

If you are considering purchasing this ring please consider allowing at least a month for delivery as I am still waiting…

Absolute scam!
The ring they sent me never worked or charged.
They offered me 40 percent refund not to send it back??? Or some instructions that stated if "I insist" on sending it back that I have to make a fraudulent declaration stating it's only worth £10 not £99 and that its a different product.
The product needs to be returned to China. Its a hard lesson learnt but do not buy.

The ring worked to its full effect for approximately one month, the battery is awful, even after fully charging, it says it is at 0%. The support team are only happy to offer a partial refund, and buyer pays return postage which is just not fair in these instances.

After only having my ring for about a month, the ring case was not charging my ring unless I pulled down on it and put pressure on the battery button. I reached out to customer service and provided the pictures and videos they requested (kind of an extensive process but understandable.) After a few messages, I asked to be sent a new charger, and they offered to send me an entire new ring. This wasn’t necessary for them to do, but I appreciate how they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience with the product. Would recommend!

I have sadly been waiting for this ring to arrive since I ordered it in the first week in January. ( it’s now feb 28th). They have told me they are waiting to restock my size ( size 6 gold) . They do respond to emails but this wait is getting ridiculous.

Waste of money, doesn’t track accurately, don’t bother. Wish I could get a refund honestly.

I emailed the customer support ring as the appearance of my ring started to not look the best - quite scratched after only 2.5 months.
Wearing it only for its intended use etc.
The customer service team responded so quickly & were able to rectify my concerns. I greatly appreciate the support for the company & overall i love my optim ring & the app too!

First of all it's much cheaper on amazon The brand is called smart ring and Optim isn't even mentioned on the ring or the packaging. Second of all it's extremely inaccurate, steps counted in high volume while driving or just sitting The sleep tracking is not at all accurate I've had many of these watches/rings but this one isn't showing actual results. The material was advertised as titanium but I suspect there are other cheaper materials used.

I am actually amazed at how good this ring is!!!! I bought mainly to check my sleep and it is great for heart health too. So impressed that I purchased one for my daughter who does actually have sleep issues. She too loves it!! Also customer service is second to none. Amazing company. Highly recommend!!

My ring was great when it was working but had a charging issue.
I spoke to their Customer Services and they were brilliant talked through all options that might be causing the issue and at the end offered to replace it without any fuss. Totally stress free.

Recently purchased my optim ring and it has been great. I believe the readings are accurate and the battery life is pretty good. Customer service is great to work with. I would highly recommend!

This ring is marketed as providing “data on autopilot”, but that claim is simply not true.

On my husband’s ring, nothing is automatic apart from basic sleep tracking and heart rate. Stress levels, blood oxygen, and other metrics all require manual activation, completely defeating the point of a “set and forget” wearable. Even worse, temperature isn’t recorded at all, despite being implied in the product description.

What makes this experience particularly frustrating is the inconsistency between products. I ordered two rings at the same time.

Mine arrived quickly, works exactly as advertised, collects data automatically, and uses an excellent, intuitive app.

My husband’s ring arrived over a month later, supposedly due to “awaiting stock”, and when it finally turned up it was effectively a different product.

His ring uses an entirely different app, which is poorly designed, limited in functionality, and a huge step down in quality. There was no warning at the point of purchase that different hardware and apps might be supplied, despite ordering identical products.

This feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. If customers are going to receive different versions of the same product, with different capabilities and software, that needs to be made crystal clear before purchase.

As it stands, one ring delivers on the promise — the other absolutely does not.

Really impressed with the optims customer service. Had a few set backs at first as the ring I received wasn’t motoring certain activities but after communication with customer service they managed to sort the issue rapidly and I was very happy with there response times. The ring itself is gorgeous. Great to wear, looks great, feels great. Is a lovely addition to my fitness regime and would happily recommend this products to friends and famiky
