Bought my first mini from this garage in 2020 and received great service back then - nothing has changed over the 6 years. Staff were extremely helpful, from the first day we visited, to the handful of times we popped in afterwards. I secured a fab new Mini Cooper, for a great price. Awful after sales service. I put a review on Trustpilot slating them, and the head of customer service rang me the next day at 5.50 and said “I am here to 6pm and then off tomorrow. So ring me back in 10 mins! These guys are shockingly bad. DO NOT USE!
