Very poor company service, car was a disaster from start to fiish with 0 help from the company. Avoid them if you can
Don't bother as all vehicles now at Northampton!
Spoke to someone on email about going over to see the new Starray vehicle only to be told when we got there all the Geely vehicles are going to Northampton and so if we wanted to see one or speak to someone about one we needed to drive there. Already drove an hour to get to this dealership only to be told they will no longer be a Geely dealer as of that day 09/04/26.
Went to see our next choice vehicle which was the BYD Sealion 5 Design and ordered that from just down the road. Service, car and mpg were all far superior to what we got from this Geely dealership! Save yourself the time and effort and go to BYD Wolverhampton the brand has been in the UK a lot longer and well the service there is amazing!

Ongoing Unresolved Issues & Poor Service from Sytner Select
I purchased a Jaguar I-Pace (KE19 BYT) from Sytner Select Wolverhampton in March 2025. From the third week, the car developed charging faults and the charging plug failed to release automatically.
Key Issues:
June–July 2025: Vehicle at Jaguar Land Rover Newport for 5.5 weeks. Collection delayed because Sytner failed to pay repair invoices.
30 August 2025 – Present: Vehicle completely non-operational. Recovery and transport to Jaguar Bristol were arranged by Sytner without my agreement. I was never told I might be liable for costs, yet Bristol now claims a holding fee of up to £35/day.
27 January 2026: Diagnostic evidence confirmed the fault is the same as that “repaired” in Newport—initial repair failed.
Service Failures: Repeated contradictory instructions from staff, missed calls, withdrawn offers, and poor communication. Recovery arrangements were chaotic, causing major disruption to work, personal life, and finances.
Despite multiple attempts to escalate and requests for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sytner Select has failed to resolve this.
Impact: Weeks without a usable vehicle, financial losses, constant stress, and repeated unprofessional treatment.
Call to Action: I hope Sytner Select take urgent action to resolve this. I would encourage senior management—including John Cragg and Maggie Nightingale—to review this case and ensure customers are treated fairly.
Scammers!!!!
Do not I mean do not bother with this company they’re a total scam they will promise you a decent car and give you a broken car and refuse to take it back and try stick it on you regardless this company needs shutting down!
