I spoke to Nicholas about switching provider for broadband for my elderly uncle. I spent the night before having a breakdown because many providers didn't deliver in his area.

It's great to speak with a human being to sort a new internet connection. Callum was very clear and friendly when describing the various packages and talking me through the process.

He was very patient and helpful with me and I appreciate that as I can take a while to understand the terminology used in contracts.
