Spoke to a lovely man called Daniel, very informative and made the switch from virgin media to talk talk broadband fast and easy- especially as virgin media is a nightmare to deal with as it’s all automated with no person to speak with.

I'm a disabled woman who gets confused at times and I spoke to a wonderful lady named Chloe who gave me all the advice I needed and then some. Instead of trying to sell me something that wasn't really the best thing for me, she told me exactly what she thought would be the best option and I am delighted that she didn't use me for a quick sale. I hope the company realises what a valuable, kind, considerate and caring member of the their team they have on board. What an angel. Chloe is such an asset to the company, co-workers and customers. I discussed setting up a new broadband deal with Nicholas today. All available options were covered. The whole process took 20 mins. Nicholas was absolutely amazing and was able to provide an excellent broadband and landline deal for my mum (85 years old). We are extremely pleased with the service provided today and would highly recommend.
