Having only recently changed to Swift Cover I am extremely impressed by service so far. Making a claim was very easy and the person I spoke to at AXA Insurance was so helpful and kind, making the whole experience much easier for me.

This is an updated review because of weird response from Swift Home Insurance Company. I am not in UK. I am in USA. This is a review for Swift/Benchmark Home Insurance provider. Home is in USA, X flood zone, in Florida. Issue is, we were Cancelled without any remediation, contact, or resolution offers. So NO, I do not currently have a policy! That is the whole point! Benchmark/Swift insurance; Took our money, sent an inspector, expected a model home that no one actually lives in, did not wait to get updated pictures since the pictures they took, which were in the middle of yard renovation and we added a back porch, which was an issues with Swift! Apparently, Swift thinks adding a porch and not yet being finished painting it is a risk factor! A kayak, Paddle boards, a weber grill, stepping stones we just had delivered, cardboard laid out for weed block to go over to prepare for sand to be poured, Wander Trad vine , starter Peach tree, Cherry tree, Apple tree, and pear tree small starter plants being 6 feet away from the house, river cedar drift wood we collected, and our newly bought refrigerators, dishwasher, hot water heater, ship lap boards, oak counter top boards, and our picture window we had stored, along with ICF block that we are going to use is a risk factor and qualifies as reason to cancel your insurance right at the start of hurricane season!

Got insurance. Had zero communication with the underwriter or the agent themselves at swift. Went through Nsure agent online (Do not ever use! It is a scam!) swift took our money, paid in full, then cancelled us for reasons that were not true or correct at all! The house we live in, was completely renovated, with permits to prove, pictures to prove, and inspections that were passed to proves that it was done as we stated! Never spoke to anyone, at any time, and we get a cancellation notice 3 months later! The reasons, u finished repairs, maintenance, and high risk. We are in an X flood zone, house has been completely renovated, electrical, plumbing, walls, floor, insulation..etc., yet what I got when I tried to inquire was a very rude email from someone at swift underwriting, “we are not renewing, period!” No reason, no remedy suggestions! Nothing! Made us scramble! Scramble with less than 3 weeks to find another coverage, at the start of Hurricane season! All completely unfounded reason to cancel! They kept more money than they should have as well! They basically kept our money u til I called to ask where it was, 3 weeks later! And they shorted us over 200 bucks! They are thieves! I will NEVER GUVE SWIFT OR BENCHMARK OR THEIR AFFILIATES ANY OF MY MINEY EVER AGAIN! They should be investigated by the DOJ! Ripping people off and people have no choice but to pay! This is a crime! No customer service! No help! No justification! Just take your money by force and do not give you insurance!

Absolute pain to deal with. Tried to do a quote for my wifes car as an addtional car and spent an hour trying to get it online.. The quote tool kept saying that the dates of the start date was above 30 days.. I did it 13 Jul 26 and wanteed it to start 28 July 26. it timed out int he end so i spent 30 minutes trying to get through to someone who then passed me through to a message that they are nto taking quotes over the phoen and to use the wesbite ( and thne the call was cut ) I will be moving away when my own car insurance is up for renewal... not recommended

Very bad experience with swift cover... they did not accept my no claims bonus total from my previous insurer??!!. Then I sent copies of certificates of my certificates.. then they added more money to my premium.. think long and hard using this company. I will be dealing with matter with the company and regulatory body.

A very good customer service

got a great price compare to auto renew and this one got a five star rating so worth it.I have not claimed so can not give it the five star but the price have many benefit that the other did not and if you add the benefit to the cheaper one then this beat it
