Excellent just update my car from a vauxhall insignia to Nissan qashqai and I sorted my insurance online with swift cover. Bene with swift cover for a number of years and never regreted it .Such a brilliant insurance company it only tuck me about 15 mins to change car details and set up the staring day if I can dowe it any one cane because as smart phone youse I am rubbish but with swiftcover app it was no time brilliant wow wout a company brilliant 2 cars with them get swiftcover thay are very good and you can set new car with the app very good Many thanks swiftcover 💯 %

Swift were exactly as their name suggests- Swift. They took action immediately and kept me updated all the way. A courtesy car was arranged the very next day following my accident and I received a settlement payment within 4 weeks. I would recommend them.

Fast and simple
I have recently made two small changes to my policy, because I did the changes on line there was no administrative charges, the changes we almost instantly applied, very easy, very quick, all done and dusted in just a minute !

Rang to see if I could add my son to the policy. I did not have all the information needed. They advised me I could do it on line to save myself some money, however got together the information and rang back. It took minutes to complete

Distressful experience
This has been, without doubt, the worst insurance claim experience I’ve ever had.
From the moment my car was written off, the claim has been plagued by delays, poor communication and constant chasing. I had to challenge the vehicle valuation, wait weeks for updates, and repeatedly contact different departments just to find out what was happening.
The latest issue is that the settlement payment was sent to my finance company but couldn’t be allocated because the required reference details weren’t provided. The finance company can see the payment, but they can’t apply it to my account until Swiftcover/AXA confirms the details. Meanwhile, I’ve been instructed to return my hire car, leaving me at risk of being without transport through no fault of my own.
I’ve now submitted a formal complaint because the level of service has been unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing progress or dealing with problems caused by administrative errors.
I appreciate that claims can be complicated, but communication, accuracy and customer care have fallen well below the standard I expected. Sadly, my experience has been stressful from start to finish, and I would not recommend Swiftcover based on how my claim has been handled.
