I placed the order on a Friday and they arrived on the Monday. They were presented in a beautiful box with a ticket in gold writing on it. My two kids loved it. I was so impressed. Thank you so much.

Brilliant service, well done 👏👏👏
Just a quick note to thank Jackie for being so helpful yesterday morning when I called, really just to double check that she had enough stock of selection boxes, as I was ordering 99. The order has arrived already (25 hours after I placed, which is super fast given the time of year and delays etc.) I would highly recommend this company & definitely use again. Thanks again & Happy Christmas to all at Adara Sweet Co. 🙏

The gift basket was really nice…
The gift basket was really nice, well wrapped with good quality content inside. The delivery was long due to Covid-19, it was a birthday present and I placed an order 2-3 days before. You need to order nearly a week before the date to get it on time.

Glad you liked our gift basket Gabriela. It is highlighted on our website however that deliveries are taking longer due to covid. When you ordered it was lockdown and also the halloween rush was well and truly on, we've had to stop taking orders on occasion even to catch up during the halloween and xmas periods. On our order confirmation we do ask customers to get in touch if orders are urgent. All orders received and shipped are sent an order confirmation email and dispatch email with tracking details, DPD also email/text with delivery times within the hour. If you didn't receive any communication, perhaps these emails went to spam for some reason or the email address given is incorrect.
Sweet hamper
Beautiful hampers, quick and easy to order and hamper was delivered in quick time, no problem ordering again.
