Messaged Ryan between Christmas & New Year to see if he could customise a cake topper - he said he would give it a try & sent me over a proof I was blown away so told him to go ahead once I placed the order I received the topper within 2 days & it is even better in person! We ordered two personalised Costco cake toppers from Sweet Tops at very very late notice, and they couldn't have done more to make sure we received what we ordered in time for my son's birthday party. I am thoroughly impressed with the products and service provided by Sweet Tops! In 2022, I purchased a personalised book bag for my son, and it remains in perfect condition to this day. The design I requested was a unique Jurassic Park theme with his name personalised on it. This design is typically found on T-shirt products, but Sweet Tops was able to put it onto a book bag with no bother.

Recently, my son changed schools and needed a book bag in a different color. Without hesitation, I ordered the same Jurassic Park design for his new school bag. Unfortunately, the order arrived damaged, which was entirely the fault of the delivery service. Ryan's response was prompt and considerate, sending a replacement with no hassle.

The quality of the book bags and the outstanding customer service have left me highly satisfied. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of durable, personalised products.

AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered items, they did not have in stock so without contacting me! I tried to contact to high light but they took days to respond and offered a 20% refund for an item I did not even order. Now taking 5 days to get responses on email with rude staff and appalling customer service. The product that did arrive had awful printing lines across it so absolutely save your money and go else where.

Absolutely amazing service, I had contacted the shop as the design I liked wasn't available in the size I required. Within 24 hours, they had created the design and was on their shop. Very quick delivery and it looks amazing. Thank you again for your help!

Dreadful customer service. Paid extra for items to be cutt out and came uncutt. Due to disability I was unable to do this myself. I contacted them back and it took them that long to do it I had to get a neighbour to cutt them out. Wasn't even given a refund just offered to send it back at my expense and for them to be cutt out and resent back to me. Just a joke. Avoid.

I ordered a cake topper for and included the extra cost for next-day delivery (which cost more than the cake topper) but nothing arrived. I chased up on the order and had to ring several times and leave messages before someone finally picked up. They said they were out of the office and could not assist. 5 days later the cake topper arrived (after the birthday) but birthday boy was let down and service was terrible. There was no follow up, nothing. I do not recommend.

Ordered a personalised Harry Potter cake topper for my daughter's birthday to fit a large Costco cake. Unfortunately the first one was lost en route by Royal Mail, however a replacement was promptly sent which arrived safely. The topper itself was excellent and fitted perfectly, with the print quality and colours being far sharper than other icing cake toppers I've purchased in the past. Would purchase from this business again.
