Ordered over 4 weeks ago paid the 5.99 for next day delivery but still no sign of my item which was a father's day present. Sent 4 emails and no reply to any of them.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, paid for faster delivery. Not received, emailed 3 times no reply.

Terrible, over 6 weeks now and nothing, took my money no answer to any emails and no products. Avoid its a scam.

Have waited over 3 weeks for 1 small sticker and have had no response to emails as of yet still waiting.id stay well clear of this site!!!

After waiting over 2 months for my delivery, when I paid for fast track, should have only taken days, and zero response to emails!
My order finally arrived it looked like how I wanted, but they were very tricky to peel off, took longer to peel off the back than to stick down!!
Happy with my end result, but im glad I got the smallest ones and not a large one or I would have gone mad trying to do it. Spent more time peeling off than anything else!
If you have patience, then it's worth it.

So difficult to apply, a lot of the decals needed teasing from the clear sheet with a fine pointed knife which was only achieved by by separating each line of text. The finished job looked ok but the frustration of doing the job did'nt justify the effort. I carried out then instructions to the letter.

Poor product, don’t waste your time, total rubbish!! Don’t buy from this site.

Ordered product at the end of May, still no sign of my order.
I have contacted them numerous times and have requested a refund twice now but have had no response. Appalling customer service. Do not buy from this website!

Ordered on 27th May and waited 3 weeks for it (the estimate was 10 days). I e mailed them after 3 weeks and got an automated reply that orders were taking longer than usual due to Covid and they were taking longer than usual to reply to e mails as they are focusing on getting orders out. I read the reviews here and started to get worried! Anyway, no response to my e mail from anyone but on 26th May I got a 'your order had shipped' notification and I recieved my order today - next day!
The product is lovely, easy to apply and looks great, I'm very happy with it! Giving them 4 stars due to the lack of communication and no response to my e mail, but I love the product :-)
There is still hope for those who have been waiting a while i guess.....

My husband ordered wall stickers from this company on the 16th May and we have still not recieved them. We have tried to contact them on email a few times and just had an automated response no one has actually tried to contact us to let us know where our items are that we have paid for. Not good enough if you ask me, they take the money but nearly a month later we have still not received anything. First time we have ordered through this company and not a good start!! There may be a worldwide pandemic but you should atleast let you’re customers when the item is going to be delivered and the only way I am able to contact you is through review as there is no contact number and emails are just being ignored by yourselves.

Should have looked this company in advance - paying for it now.

Paid for an item two weeks ago, replied to email which advised long delivery times (first time it was shown to me in my user journey) and said if you wanted for a specific time to respond.

Twice i've responded and another time filled out Contact Us on the website - no response at all.

I paid £5 delivery, first class and I've heard and seen nothing. Granted corona virus is making times more difficult but the lack of communication leaves me feeling this has been a scam.

Rubbish customer service and poor product.

Do not buy from this site.. they are the same company as smartywalls. Bought a sticker from swcreations. Shows on bank statement as smartywalls. Sticker never showed up.. no phone number on the site. No response to emails. They ignored me on facebook and even posted new stuff on facebook.. complete scam.. contacted bank to get refund.. pure scam

After writing this review and blasting there facebook page they removed me from there facebook page and blocked me from sending messages through messenger. Sent me a email saying they refunded me and cancelled the order at my request (which I didn't ask to be canceled) no response to the facebook messages. Just someone at the other end trying to scam people. Don't buy anything from this company.. it's fake and a scam. Look at the reviews from smartywalls, same company.
