Ordered the product 23rd August, 12th September still no arrival of the product.
They do not respond to emails, their contact sheet or messneger on tehir facebook page, I have done alot of digging and their company number is the same as Johnson & Lewis Ltd again no way to contact them.
The email address on Trustpilot is invalid another red flag.
I am writing to trading standards to hopefully save some people in the future paying this scam company.
I did write to trading standards as still had no response from SW creations, today 21/09/23 the product has arrived. I will contact trading standards again if I can to let them know.
This company really needs to stick to their 10 working days until product is dispatched and reply to their contact sheet and emails.
Product is nice but would not risk ordering from them again.

The same as so many others. Order made, money taken, order not received.
I chased them and the order was finally sent almost a month after the order was made, but it's not what I ordered so I've tried to get in touch. They don't respond to emails. Their phone number is premium rate, which deters people from contacting them. Refund requested from them, no response.
Dispute now raised with Paypal.

Dreadful service ... this item is way overdue terrible communication from company... cannot even find a phone number AVOID

I placed an order in July, but it is now September. The company has not responded to my emails, and there is no contact number. I have requested a refund through Paypal. Avoid this company.

If I could give this company a minus rating, I would! SCAM Company - DO NOT TOUCH!! Ordered on 31st July, apparently despatched on 18th August but not received. Messaged them multiple times via email, on website and via messenger and no response! Will be contacting trading standards! Company needs shutting down!!!

I have ordered from SW Creations twice now, and the quality of their products is better than other other companies, however, delivery takes forever to arrive and they are not the easiest to get in contact with. No response to emails - but I did recieve my orders (eventually!)

As like everyone else has said, appears to be a scam company! Still waiting for my delivery, emailed them and like others have said, no response, avoid, avoid, Avoid!

Ordered a vinyl wall sticker on the 3rd August, as stated on their website order shouldn't arrived within 10 days. Its now the 25th August and still no stickers, quick enough to take money though! Have emailed about the order but no response as of yet! Should of checked trust pilot before ordering!!!!

Wish I’d of seen trust pilot before ordering from this low life rip off company ( if it exists????) placed an order 4 weeks ago , they took my money but to date no goods delivered??? They need investigating, avoid them like the plague!!!!!

Well I thought I’d share an update ,8 weeks since placing the order and an email came my order was on the way . To my surprise my two identical orders came one spelt right and the other had the letter “I “ missing in one of the words . Absolutely useless and abysmal quality … I say again how can this company be aloud to trade ???

Worse company ever! Can't believe they are still in operation - order from someone else

FINAL EDIT ON THE 29TH OF AUGUST. ITEM FINALLY ARRIVED TODAY, IT WASN'T POSTED ON THE 14TH OF AUGUST AS STATED BY SW CREATIONS, IT WAS POSTED ON THE 25TH OF AUGUST. SO FROM ORDER TIME TO RECEIVING WAS 33 DAYS. ALTHOUGH MY ITEM WAS RECEIVED TODAY, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN DUE TO THE AWFUL COMMUNICATION. BACK TO AMAZON I GO

I placed an order on the 26th of July. Website said that items would be dispatched within 10 days. Have emailed them four times with no response and still haven’t got my item. I think I’ve been scammed. Very disappointing

Bizarrely around two hours after posting this review, I got notification that my order has been dispatched. Will update you all again when I receive my item.

The communication from the company is god awful so let’s hope the item makes up for it

So as expected, item still not received even though they emailed me on the 14th to say it was dispatched.

Ordered 8th July and took my money straight away, have emailed twice with no response, still waiting for my order, always says 'in progress'..no confirmation when placing order 😡😡

Poor for contacting and no phone number . Im still waiting on product a month later although it says 10 days for dispatch no update has been given on when or if it will arrive .

I was concerned when over two weeks had passed and I hadn’t received my order, however I emailed and asked about it. The company were very apologetic and explained they were waiting for vinyl stock to arrive. They messaged me a couple of days later to say they had the stock and would be sending my item first class. I received it the next day. Colours are exactly what I asked for, it’s easy to apply and looks great. I’m very impressed with both the product and the customer care/ communication. A little bit of patience goes a long way - this product is worth waiting for.

Just avoid this company if you don't want to weast your money!!!
I have paid £25 for a wall sticker which is a very bad quality and is not sticky enough so you can't apply it to the wall. I have waited for my order to arrive for a month and after I have receive it I couldn't use it at all.
I have contacted them but of course they are not responding.

Rip off merchants l paid £35 pounds for a wall decal for my daughter it arrived all creased in a tube we followed the instructions but we really really struggled for 4 hrs to get it off the backing paper we eventually got it on the wall within half an hour the fairy just started falling off the wall my daughter who’s 5 is so upset it was a present for her birthday and at the moment it just looks a mess lm actually holding it up with tape 😤 l have sent to emails to Sw creations but they have not even bothered to reply lm disgusted in this company and l will keep emailing them and putting the pictures on Facebook if the mess they charged me £35 for doesn’t get resolved l need a solution to this problem asap lm fuming .😤
5/5/23 update tgey gave now contacted me and said they will send another fairy to replace the one that was peeling off l will update when it arrives hopefully it will stick to the wall this time 🤞

I’m usually good at researching before ordering but can confirm this company is a scam, takes your money and nothing arrives. Shocking and someone should take this company down so other unsuspecting customers don’t get scammed. I’m reporting to trading standards. I’ve already reported to bank too, luckily they refunded me.

Updated: as soon as bank contacted them I received my stickers, no comms or apology. Stickers aren’t great quality either, peel off the wall. I still wouldn’t order from them and wouldn’t recommend but at least I received something!!

I wanted to update an earlier review that despite emailing and messaging the business and getting no response, my sticker has arrived today.I am not sure what the issue was but it has arrived and I’m really pleased with it. Hopefully just a glitch for the business.Thanks

Terrible communication. Placed an order on 4th Feb for a wall sticker for my daughter's bedroom. Emailed beginning of March to ask where my order was. I was told there was a supplier issue (which was not communicated to me). I was told it had arrived and would be dispatched the following day. It did not arrive. Contacted them again and was told they could not track it and they could either send out another sticker the following day or receive a refund. I still wanted the sticker as my daughter loved the look of it. Asked them to send out another sticker with the tracking details so I could track it. No response yet since. I would definitely AVOID this company in the future. Very unprofessional.
