I ordered a pair of Grade 1 95 DPM combat trousers, as far as I'm concerned they are super grade. Regular shipping time for an overseas order, no complaints. Don't hesitate to check this store out!!

Bought some British Army gtx over trousers from your store. At first glance, they look very well made and just as good as gore tex stuff costing much more. I'm 5'7" and usually a 34 waist. The medium 30/32 waist easily fit with the elasticated waist. Not tried them outside yet but tested them in the shower. The water just beads off like any other gore tex item. Also the full side zip is fully sealed and gives the wearer easy access, putting the pants over boots, when rain strikes.

I just received the "super grade" British MTP Bergen short back rucksack and the corresponding "rocket pouches" with yoke that I ordered. They are definitely super grade as they appear to be unissued. They are clean and without any markings. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of this fantastic piece of kit.

Ordered a product over two months ago from surplus and outdoors Royal Mail said it had arrived but I didn’t get a parcel. Been in touch with surplus and outdoors twice on the phone and multiple emails they said it’s up to Royal Mail to resolved made several items to contact them and filled in a forum twice but heard nothing. Surplus outdoors don’t seem to bothered at the fact I have paid money and received absolutely nothing in return.

Bad customer service and a very obviously lack of interest to try and help me resolve this issue. Terrible service and wouldn’t use again.

I ordered a military style jumper from them. It was delivered quickly, the jumper was in excellent condition & it fitted well. Thank you very much.

I just thought I would give a review as an overview of my dealings with this company.
I have ordered various items from Dutch army poncho liners, PLCE webbing pouches and other small camping type items. The service I have received has been first class. Products as described or better condition, quick delivery, packaging in good condition and suitable for the items sent. Well done, sometimes the service from small companies is just much better than big corporations because they care more about their customers.

No issue at all with the company itself - item as described, good price and dispatched quickly. However, the overall experience includes actually getting the item delivered. I paid for Parcelforce 24 delivery - all options were RoyalMail. Despite the item not requiring a signature and me leaving instructions to deliver to a safe place, parcelforce chose not to leave the item but take it back to the depot - 25 miles away. So items not received on time and I had to collect. Again, not Surplus and Outdoors direct fault, but RoyalMail are their chosen delivery partners and need to demand better service to their customers.

Update - item eventually collected from Parcelforce following much effort and a trek to retrieve it. As already stated, the item itself and service from Surplus and Outdoors was good. It is the delivery service they use that is the problem.

Simple to order on line via company web page , Prompt delivery via Parcel Force , and all items arrived
in a better condition than expected.
I wish I had discovered 'surplus & outdoors' earlier and I will for sure order from them again.
