Sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful, great range of carpets and flooring, competitive and transparent pricing. Fitters were professional and we are very pleased with the result. Good communication.

Just had a superb LVT floor fitted throughout our downstairs . The service from the shop was excellent , we even had the loan of a sample board to take home to be sure the colour and effect was right for us .
Fitting was just as good , and the finished result is great .

We informed Surefit Carpets of our needs for stair, landing and hallway covering. They were professional and pleasant in their approach to quality and colour and also competitive in price and delivery. This is the 2nd time I’ve used surefit,I had previously bedroom carpets fitted and this time I had stairs carpeted and vinyl laid.
They came to measure and worked around my dates for the fitting and tidied up after.

We have used Surefit carpets since 2000. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for carpets and flooring. We had carpets fitted to bedrooms and Kardean for lounge, hallway and kitchen. The staff in the shop will give you the best advice and the fitters are excellent in their job.

The entire process from home visit to fitting was seamless. Both the shop staff and carpet fitter could not have been more helpful or friendly. We will most definitely use again.

Mark came to our home verified my measurements then (using his undoubted knowledge and experience) found us the most cost effective option. Friendly helpful with our best interests in mind. Subsequent fitting went according to plan and very pleased with the result.

Fitting of lounge carpet was completed on the day promised and fitters were very friendly and helpful and did the job very quickly (including taking up old carpet and taking it away for disposal). There was a slight niggle about the fitting in one of the doorways, but they came out and resolved this very efficiently and, again, in a very friendly way. Would have no hesitation using again

Customer service in the Intake showroom was excellent, good advice given & time spent making sure that I was happy with my order & understood the journey to having flooring replaced in my home. Work completed in time scale, the fitter was experienced, efficient and pleasant. The fitter ensured that my rooms were left tidy. Definitely will use this company again.
