Supersize Print Omdömen 

My husband colourised a photograph from circa 1810 of my great grandparents, Supersize printed it on canvas and I couldn't be more thrilled however, I mistakenly laid the first print down on a greasy surface and was heartbroken, Supersize were incredibly sympathetic and rushed another canvas off to me immediately, what fantastic service!

At no point during the checkout process do they advise they impose disproportionate charges to deliver to Mainland Scotland.

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCR 2013") require all delivery charges must be shown prior to ordering, and an online seller must indicate them "clearly and legibly, at the latest at the beginning of the ordering process" (Reg. 14(6))

Instead they message you having taken your money for the order - holding onto it and demanding more money to fulfil the contract.

I was advised afterwards that they should not be doing this and I have the right to have these charges refunded - they refused (interestingly, other companies have done so) then basically ignored multiple emails having said they'd "speak to a manager" and not replied for months.

I do also wonder what manager they're speaking to, as the first eMail was to a director of the company... but they chose to ignore it.

Every now and again you come across a company that is a real pleasure to deal with. I have used Supersize print many times and their helpfulness and service has always been excellent.
They even helped out when I got an order wrong

Happy with recent large size print from this company, had problems with it damaged during transit, twice! After supplying photographic evidence of the damage each time, a replacement was speedily sent out. Have no complaints about the service

A slight mistake, rectified in less than 24 hours. Now have cutouts of much missed grandchildren all over the house.... thankyu

Best service ever!!! I was unable to spend Christmas with my family (I live aboard) but wanted to still be there in sprite, so went online to find a company that would help me to ensure a good laugh for my family on Christmas Day. I have to say the service from supersize print was amazing, really simple process, just uploaded my pic selected what I needed and was even able to ask them to add a ‘not to be opened until the 25th’ on the delivery box. They were extremely helpful, quick and the end result was amazing... my family got a right laugh out of it... apparently the best Christmas present ever 😂😂😂 thanks for making our Christmas xx

Absolutely awful service. Wish I could give zero stars.
A print was never delivered but returned to them. No response to numerous emails . Eventually spoke to someone on the phone who actually put the phone down on me.
Avoid .

One star because I cannot give less.
Hide behind unfair T&C which basically says that they can print any old garbage and you have to accept it, no refunds.
Would never consider using again.

Product not as described and no attempt made to resolve the problem, 'customer services' now ignoring emails. Will never use them again.

Brilliant! We had a set of Crib figures about 1 ft high. Supersize blew them up to life size and printed them on alloy sheeting. The result was incredible. Go to the Beacon Parish website to see a video of them. From my experience I would recommend them highly.

Helped me complete a 5 year goal with great service, quality product and fantastic delivery. Will be back for my next project in 2021. would highly recommend them

I ordered 3 A1 size outdoor signs to go into clip frames. On opening one was severley warped. On contacting them they basically blamed me and are now not answering my emails. since the first email one of the other signs has now began to warp so clearly a manufacturing issue. Now not answering emails. Do not use this company poor quality products and terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

I lost my client because this job went so wrong. I spent ages trying to upload one large image in two sections with no luck. So paid a designer to upload my art work. Still not possible - turns out there was a glitch on their site- confirmed by them.
Ordered a Vinyl and had to ship to Paris.
Shop fitters could not get Vinyl to adhere - low tack should stick so tried different surface and no luch - fell off - both pieces. Had to urgently reorder this same order on paper and reship to Paris and missed the opening.
No apology and not willing to accept any responsibility or pay any compensation.
Cost me double my original quote through no fault of mine.

I ordered a life size cutout the size of a man as a gift, 178cm High (standard size) and paid £54.94 for this and it arrived as 105.200cm high and 74.400 in width which is not a size you can select on the website, you would actually have to type these measurements into the Custom size box (surely I would know if I was entering these actual bespoke measurements!!!) When I contacted them regarding this, the response was this is what I ordered which I clearly did not. I did not make up some random measurements, I just wanted a life size cutout. They have since ignored my email asking to explain so now I am left with a 3ft man cardboard cutout which is no use to anyone.

Excellent quality at reasonable price. Postage perhaps a little high but very pleased overall. Thank you.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a canvas print for a Xmas present and paid extra for same day dispatch & next day delivery to arrive on the 24th December. Print didn't arrive until the 27th and it was not satisfactory. This was partly my error as I had selected the wrap option without having enough background on my photo to allow for this. However this was not clear at the time of ordering and only after contacting the company did I understand my error. The company have taken a long time to look into my complaint even though I told them I was anxious to resolve the embarassment and disappointment of not being able to give my friend their Xmas present on time. After many communications over 2 weeks they have finally refused to send me a new print at a discounted price and only offered to refund £2 towards the excess postage. The poor customer service and excessive delays has meant that I remain unhappy and dissatisfied and have had to re-order my print elsewhere at a cheaper price and will neither use nor recommend this company in the future.

Excellent product; customer service (response to a question I asked before ordering) was fast & helpful; delivery was fast & smooth. Highly recommended.

I was thoroughly pleased with the canvas photo print I ordered and received, so much that I have ordered a second print!!

I've been using Supersize Print for years. Their products are great. Their prices good. Customer service is good. But their website still leaves a lot to be desired, especially the whole checkout experience. The website looks like it is from the early days of the internet. And that's despite their improvements over the years. The process of choosing a product and getting a price is OK, it works well enough, but it feels a little archaic compared to more recent website experiences. However, it is what happens after you choose a product. The process is just so poor, down to being asked to provide the delivery address both on the website and on paypal and then being told *after* you have done this and paid that you should ignore the delivery address in paypal. If Supersize had a properly functioning website they would have programmed it to pass the delivery address through to paypal.

Then after payment if you want a proper invoice you have to email them to get one! Also they allow it to be possible to choose a delivery method that is not suitable for your product. When you do this you get an email (or call, can't remember which) telling you that it is not possible to use that delivery method and you have to pay more to use another. And then the process of paying the extra is ridiculously unintuitive as you have to add it as a product to the basket and go through the whole paypal malarkey again!! Nightmare. I've told them about many of their issues over many years. They simply ignore me.

They are a family run business and it shows. Such businesses are often very slow to change and have their 'little ways of doing things' and they can't change it because uncle Pete will not be happy.

If it were not for the fact that their products are great and their prices too, I really would be using someone else. Such a shame as they have all the makings of an otherwise very good company. Note also that they do not use objective online reviews like Trustpilot (I had to add their website here myself), all their reviews are on their own website - vetted no doubt.

Supersize Print, if you are reading this, I'm writing this in the hopes that you might change. For my business I use many suppliers of print for all kinds of things and so I know how an ordering process should work (not to mention that I also design websites for a living). Take my advice, have a go at ordering something from printedeasy.com and see how a great website should work. I mean actually order something so you get the full ordering process and also get to see your online account with all the details of all your orders including downloadable pdf invoices. It isn't rocket science!!!
