Hilariously rude woman on the phone - literally hilarious. If you think Basil Fawlty but female, you'll be getting close. Avoid. The products are the cheap end of the scale and a bit nasty.

Supersized Print were really great, helpful and produced a wonderful acrylic sign for our office.

The quality of the work was top drawer. Really pleased with our sign and would totally recommend Supersized Print.

Well, I came here to leave a review expecting to be one of the rare ones that slips through the generally positive net, but I can see that I am not alone in being unhappy - something that you'd expect a company to want to deal with to avoid going bust. Apparently not.

The product that came was of shocking quality and that is one issue that I expected to be easily solved. In any business people have issues and you just replace/refund/apologise or at least help the customer re-order, and then move on. It's part of running any successful business. It's normal day-to-day stuff.

I was looking to change contract from the company I currently use, to a new one who ships from the UK. My spend in 2024/25 was £32k and some change, so it's not a small amount of business and I think most companies would be eager to take that on if they could cope with it.

The lady (and I use that word only to be polite) is very angry, very abrupt, no empathy, no kindness...very poor communication skills. Just rude. It's quite sad to see.

Dealing with this lady made me more and more frustrated until I started to speak to her the way she spoke to me, and I regret that. I should not have been pushed to being curt, by someone being rude to me.

No resolution was offered. No support in ordering the correct item (be wary that an 'eco canvas' is a misleading name and is not in fact a canvas, but a cardboard box with the image printed poorly on to it)

The website is hard to use and glitchy - the lady had to help me at the time of ordering as it wouldn't load images into the system. Postage this time was shockingly slow, although to give an honest review they have delivered other orders much faster in the past.

I actually 'opened' my cardboard box thinking the canvas was inside - surely a shiny, lop-sided, ripped-edge box couldn't be a saleable product? Because of this the lady refused to help, although I suspect they don't help anyone. I also suspect all the reviews here that are 1 star (and there are as many as there are 5 star) are correct.

Anyway, madam slammed the phone down on me which I am grateful for because it did give me a giggle. How unprofessional. Silly for a grown woman to behave like a child.

I don't think I'll bother to login in for the reply because it will be more angry ramblings. I hope those of you who do read it, get a taste for what the company is like if you have a problem.

ps Try Photobox. We have decided to go with them and they seem thrilled to explore the business with us.

I ordered a poster based off a PDF on 03/09/2025. Their confirmation email said they would dispatch it on 10/09/2025. Another full week after that, on the 17th, I received an email demanding a further fee for "remote delivery". This extra fee almost doubled the cost, not to mention that they are in violation of statutory regulations by not highlighting the surcharge prior to purchase. For the record, I am not "remote" regardless of this discriminatory practice.

I refused to pay the surcharge and was promised a refund which wasn't processed for another full week.

They claimed that the extra fee came from the delivery company but, to add insult to injury, the original confirmation email stated that they used Royal Mail which most certainly does not charge extra for delivery anywhere in the UK, let alone the mainland, so I have to question what exactly the surcharge was for.

At best, they are yet another Home Counties company that discriminates against customers North of Watford Gap... at worst extremely dodgy. Avoid!

Please don't use this company if you are wanting something last minute! I placed a last minute order for next day delivery, as they advised they could get this to me if I paid a £20 next day delivery charge. Following some manufacturing issues, which they advised me about, my delivery would come out a day later, which would be a Saturday delivery. The courrier company they use doesn't delivery over a weekend, which I presuming they knew, but failed to tell me, so my order was not received when needed. Numerous emails later, and still no refund on my £20 delivery charge. I am now very much out of pocket with a cut out which was never used due to the lateness of the delivery.

DO NOT waste your time or money using this company!! Print finally arrived but was incorrect. Numerous emails were sent to resolve issue, but no one could even be bothered to reply. Wish I’d read these reviews before using this company. Stay away, shop elsewhere!

Fantastic company. I have used several times recently to print some custom sized posters and artwork after struggling to find a decent online poster company. All were received quickly and were exactly what I ordered. Print quality is excellent, hence the repeat orders. Highly recommend.

Don't bother if you want an ever so slightly complicated design. Was in touch with the Studio team. Having responded a few times back and forth with emails, it all went silent. I therefore assumed my order was in production only to have looked recently and for it to say that the company was awaiting a reply regarding the order. I'd previously responded but they obviously couldn't be bothered to reply. I emailed and asked to cancel the order and to receive a refund, again, no reply for over a week, I decided to send the same email again, no reply for a few days. I got fed up and went through PayPal to lodge an appeal, and all of a sudden they reply! Hooray! I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Whilst this is not the fault of Supersize Print, it was a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone to assist.

The customer service phone line went straight to a voicemail message that no phone support would be available between 25th July and 7th August, and that all enquiries should be emailed.

The email autoresponder gives a 24-hour timeframe for responses. Having emailed twice, it took 3 days to finally receive a reply.

In the meantime, I contacted the courier company directly. They were very helpful (although annoyed that it had been 2 days by then since delivery) and were able to track where their driver had been while I was on the phone. They advised where to look for my parcel. Fortunately, it was still there.

Some of the ecoblock prints were really nice. Two of them have clearly visible ridges running through the print. So the quality seems to be inconsistent. No offer from the company to rectify this when I raised it, just an unnecessarily sarky response!

Ordered the biggest print on aluminium that my source panoramic photo would fit on without cropping too much. Print arrived by courier soon after and I was super impressed with the quality of the print. 15 minutes of wrestling with tape measures and spirit level and it was up on our wall. Absolutely love it. Such an easy process and excellent results. Will definitely order for other bare walls in the house.

Extremely efficient service and the quality of the print was unbelievable - never thought a relatively low resolution could produce such a great photo.
Now looking for more photos to have printed.

After much deliberation, I chose to go with the aluminium rather than perspex and so pleased with the result. Great quality product has come out so well.
Would definitely recommend this company particularly for any personalised goods.

Really easy to use the website. Cut outs were great and no white space/didn't cut off extended arms etc. Good quality cardboard and really good customer service.

Poor website, but managed to get through order process. At image upload, I was careful of any issues given other reviews said how Supersize Print don't check images before blindly printing them, arguably a problem on £200+ prints!
Opted and paid for a fast delivery service - costing £50 just for delivery.
Delivery was over a week late, stifling my project significantly with delays.
Customer service is non-existent as other reviews comment here. Emails take days to be answered, and when they are they're terse and uncaring.
The quality of the print is actually decent - but everything else about my experience means I'll not be ordering from here again.

Canvas arrived with a clearly spurious white border top and bottom on the front of the print. They took 9 DAYS (after chasing 3 times) to come back to me with a 'Our system shows you a preview' response. Their 'system' is an unintuitive and antiquated site that looks to be from the late 90s. Bad production and customer service to match. One star is too high. Avoid.

Really great service, helpful staff and great quality print. Highly recommend and will be using this company again.

The guys at Supersize Prints are fantastic. I emailed a few times about the photos I had selected and they were happy to help. I bought a 6 foot 2 inch print. Item arrived well packaged and quick. The card was good quality and the image was amazing and clear. And at a great price I will definitely be ordering again
