Superdry - Nottingham Omdömen 

After visiting the store in Nottingham they ordered me the jacket I had seen on a cruise just from a photograph of the label. To turned up very quickly and was exactly what I wanted.

Got the item I wanted, for 35 quid less as it was in the sale.
The women who served me was wonderful in finding out if she could offer a discount and was so polite and helpful.

The store had a great range of coats that made it easy to try on and see which was best and the staff were friendly

The product is excellent. I have been looking for a new winter coat for a long time and this is the first I have seen that I really liked. The shop staff were brilliant, both the young lady who took the time to show us the coat and offer options and the lady on checkout who was really polite and helpful.

Helpful staff, great choice of clothes. Clothing from here always goes down well as a birthday gift.

Nice manager with good understanding, respectful, with good customer services.

The service was really great and I got the product 3 days before the promised date.

I had bin looking at this coat on the superdry website for a while & soon as I seen a black Friday deal on it I had to get it!! Such a comfortable, warm coat & the hood I'm just in love end off!! 😁💃

Bought a hoody in the Black Friday sale, great price & love my purchase. Staff in the store completely dis-interested, made me feel like it was a chore to serve me & then they didn’t take the security tag out & we had to go back to get it removed

I've always loved Superdry. I recently bought a second hand parka which is fantastic and persuaded me to invest in more. The windcheater coat I bought looks good, gives me confidence and is functional too. Very good for the winter in UK. The price was a little steep but I suppose that's what I get for designer name and for going direct to the store. Everyone on marketplace messed me around so I have settled on this. I was after the £200 odd cobalt blue 2019 season ultimate snow rescue coat but I'm very happy overall with what I've ended up with. I will be investing in Superdry wear in the future

Knowledgeable, patient and very helpful service . All questions answered, no rush even when was past them close time.

I had to return an item and order another one on line.
Return process was very simple and the gestation form order to receiving he replacement item was very quick.

The quality/price ratio of some products is very good

Incompetent ...ordered a jacket in Nottingham store to be delivered at home more than 10 days ago and it never arrived...went into the shop and they don't know where the package is so they reorder the item 2 days ago for next day delivery and still waiting,so frustrating with this order from suprdry.
Update...went into store to query it today and they are blaming the online team and customer service as its lost in Transit again this time with a different courier...how can anyone run a company in this manner,I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
