I bought board shorts online for my son…
I bought board shorts online for my son that turned out to be too small for him, I called the shop in Inverness to ask if I could take back to them as time was not in my side ! and thankfully they had a larger size albeit a different colour which was fine, they kept them aside for me till I got to Inverness.
The exchange was perfect and the cashier Abby was very helpful.
