Staff in the Inverness store were fantastic very helpful. 100 times better service than the experience in the Dundee store. My daughter was looking for a specific top in a specific size. We were told by the Dundee store that it was old stock and not available to order. Went into the Inverness store when I got home. Asked if it could be ordered and yes it could. Delivered to my home address within a few days.

Found it to be a reasonably pleasant experience, can be tricky find specific item sometimes but if you ask a staff member they always keen to assist. The Staff are all friendly and helpful, will chat to you generally as well a specifically about items you are after.

Great T-shirts, nicely made and a good fit. Like the subtle logo. Delivery super-quick and efficient. This was the 2nd of two orders, the delivery driver on the first order failed to ring the doorbell. But this one was delivered textbook.

Went into my local Superdry to get a particular ski coat which they had sold out of. Very helpful and kind staff and it was purchased and delivered to my home.

Fantastic service, I received a jumper I had ordered online and it was slightly small so I returned it to Superdry in Inverness. A friendly staff member reordered a larger one for me quickly and with no hassle. The larger jumper arrived within 2 days which is just fantastic. The jumper is perfect.

The 2 T shirts I ordered arrived yesterday, they were supposed to arrive 3 days earlier but this is typical for the local Hermes carrier we have here. The shirts look very good quality and I am happy wit the service I received from the young man in the Inverness branch who helped me to order these. he was determined not to lose a sale just because he did not have them in his store and very competantly handled the sale. Good training.
