Overall positive experience
I ordered some trousers and 2x pairs of shoes, one for myself and one for my partner. The shoes for me were great, really happy. The ones for my partner were uncomfortable so rather than send back we went to our nearest store (Guildford) where he was able to try on different sizes/colours. Unfortunately they were no good so I was able to get a refund there and then - great customer service from those in store!
I did however return the trousers for an exchange and instead of receiving a replacement I was sent a refund instead, which was disappointing as the size I wanted was still in stock online, so I just re-ordered and collected from store.

Bag not arrived
When I ordered the bag the lady at the store said it would arrive the next day and it has been 9 days and the bag has still not arrived. Very unhappy customer.

Love the gillet, and the service
When my girlfriend and I went shopping in Guildford, we spotted these stylish Superdry Everest gillets. However they didn’t have my size or colour. Low and behold, enter the helpful staff who checked the back room and then was able to show me how to order the product online. Very helpful and customer-friendly - even gave me options to order to other stores. I subsequently ordered the product at home on further consideration and received it on the next working day. Would definitely recommend the shop for anyone shopping in Guildford and online for customising your order.

Guiildford store friary centre
Staff in the store very helpful was served by this lovely young short hair girl very pleasant and friendly had a return to do was dealt with very promptly, one quick question though why superdry not doing any in store sale this sale season while all other retailers are on sale shame we cant get good deal from out favourite brand.
