Superdry - Edinburgh Omdömen 262

Bought a shirt before Xmas in central Edinburgh which was too small.Returns policy says have to go back to store but store now closed! Tried online and went round in circles - wouldn't accept order number, no postal returns policy.Rang nearest store 18 miles away,by train! Very nice staff but said the policy was I would have to get there. I have no car. Tried website and chat service did not work. Chat box to tick was not on screen. Absolutely hopeless. Does this affect my consumer rights? just to note - don't even have this store noted below to identify this reviw!!

Apparently my shipment got lost but I never got updated until I contacted them over a week later.

Great service,I had ordered wrong size very easy to return,refund was very quick,ordered right size,here next day after I ordered it

I was very excited about picking up my halterneck top in store and very disappointed when it turned out to be the wrong colour. I returned it and waited until the following weekend to pick it up as i recieved no emails about it. The wrong email address was responsible.

Always easy to use the app and the goods you sell never disappoint me. Love your sales too.

We weren't impressed with the assistant eating chewing gum and laid back attitude when he was serving us.

Lovely shop and made purchases but staff seemed very uninterested in customers, I asked for a different size in a jumper and was just told only got those and they promptly walked off … I found a similar one in my size myself…. Do they not know how to interact or add on sell ? Only communication at till point was “do you need a bag ?” That was pretty much the only words spoken… I don’t like in your face staff but there was nothing at all , felt like I was being an inconvenience to them

Great quality clothes, and a great delivery. I was going to give 5* but my jacket was so crushed the wrinkles didn't come out in the wash. I didn't want to iron it as it might have flattened the inside stuffing, so I took it to my favourite charity shop and they have a steamer which did the job. I also bought jogging bottoms which I love, however I'm having to take them up. Next offer regular and petite which are shorter, its great for those of us who aren't tall. It would be great is Superdry were to offer the same options as its a further cost of £20 to get them taken up. I still love the quality of them and the fit in every other way. Superdry are my favourite brand for all clothes, and a great selection of tops for every season. And most of all, all my jackets and coats keep me super-dry and cosey. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of clothes !

Bought 3 Tee shirts for £50. Good quality and choice, although quite expensive, suppose you're paying for the brand name.

I was visiting Edinburgh, from Australia,
and had no intention of buying any clothing since I was on a mobility scooter but the staff made me feel welcome and helped navigate the store. I'm so glad I stopped in, I purchased three garments the perfect souvenirs of my Scottish adventure.

A customer in front of us tried to pay by cash. Sadly, the till was broken and the manager had to come. It took around 5 mins to fix. I had to wait as no other tills/staff were there. Following that, my cashier was really slow, so it took a long time for me to actually pay.
