Superdry - Bromley Omdömen 

My experience at Superdry was exceptional.
The young lady that assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind & helpful.
My order was done in store but online by a Superdry. I received a text from Avri when I arrived home informing me that Avri was unable to deliver my ordered due to lack of my address not being on order. I was asked to pay .23£ for second delivery. IT WAS A SCAM! I called the store & was reassured that my order was ok & to ignore text.
My order was delivered 3days later and I am extremely satisfied.

I went into the Bromley store on Saturday to purchase a coat for a colleagues birthday. The assistant was able to guide me to where the coats were. When I mentioned my NHS email address for the receipt, she promptly advised that Superdry offer's a discount to NHS workers. So after showing my NHS ID, I was given a discount. Great result and service. Thanks!

I love this store and its good quality products. I had to return an item and it was easy to find the receipt in an email. There was no quibble, the staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. I also picked up a coat that I ordered online and it was nicely packaged and a lovely fit. The store is large, has a good range of stock and it’s bright and clean. I will definitely return to this shop.

Order a jacket from the store in Bromley, they promised that jacket will arrive next day to my house and it did not happen. I waited for a week just hoping that.I will receive it and never arrived. I had to get back to the store to get the refund done and the sales assistant kept asking me if I wanted to reordered it when I told her ftom the beginning that I just wanted my money back. Very poor customer service.

Really helpful in store staff.
Needed to return items in exchange for smaller sizes after ordering in store which included free home delivery.
Replacement order arrived within three days which now fits perfectly.
Really pleased with the experience and will definitively order again…next pay day.

Easy to access even in my wheelchair. Long coat purchased that covers my back and legs well. So cosy.
Soft and a good size. Sale price excellent.

Love Superdry anyway, came in here during the sale and there were a lot of great items on sale.
I managed to get a long gilet puffer and a long line puffer coat for under £250, which I thought was an amazing deal. Great quality clothing, great choice of styles and colours.

I arrived at the store to collect my ordered item and apparently the delivery guy lost it and Superdry was meant to send another one to the store. Still haven’t had a notice that it has been sent as yet

Comfortable and warm jacket perfect for the winter time and i like how it fits on me and there’s also adjusters, Good jacket

Happy to spend time in the store on this occasion because the music volume was an acceptable level and allowed me to browse long enough to find exactly what I was looking for. So often it is so unbearably and painfully loud that I have been driven out after only a minute. When complaining to staff I was informed that it was not under their control. What a shame, I can’t be the only customer that doesn’t appreciate being deafened. A little background music can be nice but booming thumping noise is more suited to a nightclub and does nothing to make the shopping experience enjoyable.

Staff member was very helpful / didn’t have product in store so ordered on line / delivery was excellent , but decided to upgrade ( was a sale item ) employee was excellent dealing with the change and credit was back in account in two days / first time in super dry / was very impressed 👏👏
