Superdry - Bournemouth Omdömen 

Returned an item from the online order to my local store and replacement sent to my home rapidly.

Very polite staff. No problem with online items being exchanged in shop.

Went to visit this store on holiday to collect an order, the staff were lovely and friendly. I can see a lovely team of workers as the teamwork looked great as I watched them training someone new. Thank you for the customer service I received. Kind regards, the girl with pink hair 😜 Nicole ☺️

Because the item in store was shop soiled, a member of staff there ordered the puffer jacket on-line for me. She was extremely helpful, as was the assistant who helped me with my choice in the first place. The level of service was first class and I shall shop there again.

I’m so happy with the product.Price was a little bit higher but it was on my Birthday.
What I’m absolutely disappointed, it is the packaging because was broken and sticky tape stuck on the coat. What damage the faux fur.

I was purchasing a sweatshirt for my son.
I went to the store in Bournemouth and was told the style he wanted was only available on line... shame.
However i was served by a really helpful young man who showed my a similar product so i could assess which size to order. Ordered on line and delivery was speedy.

The lady was very helpful assisting to find correct sizes, bringing items to & from changing area and checking stock. Full attention given from trying to purchasing. Friendly, chatty and happy in her job.

Although the shop didn’t have the product we were after, they couldn’t have been more helpful in asking back the jacket we had in the wrong size and ordering the replacement jacket in the right size via the online service. Staff were super helpful and efficient.

Ordered two items on line for collection from the Bournemouth store. Arrived the next day. Store staff friendly and efficient. A faultless purchase.

I had to exchange my sons sliders from a medium to a large, I done this in the Bournemouth branch and got told they would be delivered the next day. 3 days later I contacted Superdry who then informed me that they had to be shipped from Belgium as there was no stock on the UK. 9 days later (5th Sept 22) and still no sliders! Contact customer services and all you get is the same old, "they are on there way" rubbish! Not a great level of service at all!
